Over the phone details of policy was easy and understandable. Responses were fast and informative. I've left State Farm because of a better quote but they raised it in 3 months. I went back to State Farm and even got a better quote and stayed with them. I'm in the process of buying my home and State Farm still had the best quote. After talking with progressive to find out why my rates increased, the only thing they could tell me was due to inflation. I hung up called State Farm and not only did they give me a better rate than what my rate was before the increase, they also gave me a discount for adding on renters insurance. I was with progressive for 5 years and will never give them another dime. Thank you Ashley smith for your amazing customer service.

My Husband an I are in the process of buying our first home, although this is an exciting time its also very stressful! Collin called me right after I had gotten off the phone with a different insurance company, super ironic, and was able to give me a quote that was almost half the cost of the one I was gonna pull the trigger on. Super friendly, helpful, and make sure I knew what I was paying for throughout the whole process. I purchased insurance with Brandin Yeomen. Car& Renters.He has been working with me on the phone, trying to log into the apt. I called the phone number he gave me to get a beacon sent to me, I could not understand the conversation. We both hung up, I still don't know what to do to open a account. I have searched high and low for insurance for my 1978. i either got met with a bunch of stipulations or “we dont go that old” or someone who genuinely didnt wanna help. JJ was so more then happy to help. he helped me bundle with renters insurance which i never thought about having before. all while saving money in the process. that was the easiest insurance policy to understand thanks to JJ being able to explain things to me. thank you guys! might just switch all my vehicles, current and future, to state farm now
