Everyone that works there care and help to assist your needs other than Destiny. When I walk in, she roles her eyes at me and doesn't try to help. If they don't have the item, Destiny will not try to find something similar. She'll just state they don't have it and will not try to order it. I'm trying to find another uniform store so I do not have to deal with Destiny any longer! It's very stressful dealing with her, when trying to find the right uniform pants.

A great store with a good selection. But when I came in today to try the shirts on I ordered through their catalog for the added my company logo, the shirt wasn’t the tall size that I ordered. If I knew tall sizes weren’t available, I would have ordered Eddie Bauer instead.

Awesome service! Great store! I left behind a uniform while getting fitted, and the owner made accommodations to open up the store on the weekend for me to retrieve it! Allie Brothers really will go out of their way to help! I will be back in the future!

If you need a postal uniform, this is the place! Very knowledgeable staff and way above and beyond helpful!! I went to Enterprise in Detroit immediately after Academy to get Neos boot covers, I called, they said they had them in stock. When I got there, they had 1 pair and they were not the insulated winter boots (they were the waterproof Shoe-In covers that are NOT for winter)!! She insisted they were the covers I needed and then got angry when I told her that were not what the trainer showed me. I left, call Allie Brothers, and the man I spoke to assured me they had the correct WINTER boot covers... I'm so glad I hurried over to Livonia!! He was right!! I worked 10 hours the next day in the freezing cold and snow and my feet NEVER got cold !! Knowledge is everything and salesmen who are genuinely interested in your health & safety are priceless.

Today we visited Allie Brothers. The store was full, and the work flow high. Everyone handled themselves great, and in a professional manor. The quality of clothing, and the other assortment of items are high end. The staff including Stephanie were extremely helpful, and cheerful. This was a great experience, and definitely eased the new job jitters.

Love coming here for all my work uniform needs. They have so much stuff for many professions, especially Police and EMS, and they will embriod anything you need and also handle all your sewing of patches and logos. Prices may be on the higher end, in my opinion, but you're getting great quality in all the products and services. 👍

Allie brothers is a such a delight to be at. They make you feel right at home and take the time to properly answer questions. I even told them I had class in 40 minutes and they got me in and out on time so if you ever need and uniforms or gear i recommend them!!!!

The staff in the postal department are the best! I watched a woman act up in there today and the staff were amazing the way they handled her. I was embarrassed to see this woman act the way she did.

Mike with white hair was standout in his customer service!! I needed a boot for work in a certain price range, and he found it!! He even called for one of his top boots, but it was no longer in stock!! I have never had a bad experience finding a boot here. Ever!

I was in need of a new pair of EMS pants, and wanted something for women rather than the men's pants that never fit properly. I was in the store a total of 15 minutes which included trying on two pairs of pants. The ladies were absolutely amazing, and I walked out wearing and the most comfortable tactical pants I have ever put on!

Picked up 2 orders from Stephanie. Very friendly people! Been dealing with them for river 11 years. Would recommend for your uniform and equipment needs!

I would give this place 6 stars if I could.
I called and asked for a specific shoe, they didn't have it in stock. So Sam special ordered it for me. Turns out that shoe doesn't work for my foot. No problem, Sam knows something else that perfectly fits my needs and special orders it too. However, their prices dont reflect this kind of service. Online the shoe i was looking for was $140 from the manufacturer, here: $120.
I can't remember the last time I got such good service.
