John figured a way to get me a battery so that I could deliver meals to the elderly on Monday morning!!

John was the most helpful guy I have ever met at a parts store. He helped me get my old van going when just about every other store in town didn't have the time, correct parts, or know-how. The guys at Belle Tire were particularly incompetent.
