Steak was excellent, fish and onion rings were very good. The salmon was good. Ribs (fall off the bone tender) and pulled brisket were good. Fries were good. Baked beans and coleslaw were excellent. Corn bread was excellent. Potato salad was just ok. And for dessert.....bread pudding which was excellent. First time here and will definitely be back.

While it looks like your typical modern bar/BBQ place, the food is amazingly priced and tastes great. Absolutely recommend the coffee BBQ as my favorite followed by the spicy.

Very delicious food and great service. I had the chopped salad, brisket Chilli, pork and chicken sliders and the onion rings. Some of the most tender smoke chicken I've ever had. The chicken and pork had a great smoky taste! Everything nice and fresh! Can't wait to go back and try something different!!

I had a date night here tonight! The ribs were amazing! I even had enough food to take home for lunch tomorrow. Our server, Stacey, was wonderful! She was attentive, friendly, and made sure that we were taken care of. As it got busier, she was able to keep up with all her tables and leave us with a smile.

My fiance and I stopped in on a whim and we were both very happy. We ordered the brisket nachos as an appetizer which was so delicious the brisket was cooked perfectly and had great flavor. He had the Mac and cheese with brisket and I had the pulled pork sandwich with bacon and cheddar cheese. Everything was very flavorful and the portions were also very good. The service and atmosphere were awesome as well, We will be returning!

First time here. Drinks a tad weak. The pulled pork tacos were good, just a tad on the dry side. Walleye was excellent. Breaded with cornmeal, great flavor. And a good price. My wife's picky about slaw but their vinegar slaw is excellent. Sweet cornbread was a treat. We're kind of picky when it comes to restaurant food but this is a place we'll definitely come to again to explore their wide and varied menu. Kitchen staff obviously knows what they are doing.

The food was delicious. Of course, it's kinda pre-made being a BBQ rib place and all. Drinks didn't have enough alcohol to even taste in them. Sat down and waited over 13 mins till we asked for our waitress. And that took her another 5 mins to help us. Bar wasn't that busy, but to wait for drinks over 5 minutes is too much.
Waitress seen we were getting upset and tried to help us as much as she could.
Might try it again when during lunch with no drinks...lol

This place not only has delicious food, the entire place smells great. Nothing's better than some smoked beef, pork, or chicken. We enjoyed our dinner completely. Will definitely be back.

I am Really disappointed every time we call to order this special changes. Usually you can pick the meats you want, sometimes they say you can’t get 2 of the same, most of the time the they let you pick any meat (other than the ribs since it is clearly excluded) now it ONLY comes with chicken, pulled chicken, pulled pork and ribs. No picking the meats you actually like.
It Excludes ribs… that is on the menu!

Got 1/3 slab ribs and pulled pork- delicious. Cooked perfectly. Fries were surprisingly good and baked beans tasted like they were home made. Big portions, I couldn’t finish it all. Great service as well. This is about a 30 minute drive here for us and is definitely worth it, I’ll be coming back for sure

Updated again as I have found an absolute favorite on this menu. The Poutine Fries are to die for. Nice portion size,smothered in gravy,a cheese curd in just about every bite,with a sprinkling of green onion to balace this rich salty treat. I could eat this for a meal alone.Great job Smokehouse 734.
Johnny's Brisket Sandwich is an excellent example of great BBQ. Tender juicy brisket,layered with cheese,onion rings,BBQ sauce, and some thick crispy bacon. Outstanding flavor! The Portion size along with the fries was just enough to fill me up . I'll be back again soon

Take out order of dinner for 4, really good! We had tried Shorties a few weeks ago, just ok and $20 more for dinner for 2. We are fans, will be back! Thank you for the quality and portions.

The first time I went I got the BBQ SPLIT. It was delicious. So I ordered tale out yesterday n got ribs , potato salad amd mac n cheese. The ribs were horrible I mise well should have been eating some tuff beef jersey. The potato salad was horrible also. But I will say they have great customer service amd the BBQ SPLIT HITS!!!

SMOKEHOUSE 734... if you've never been, you should absolutely try it. Been a long time since I reviewed this place... I'm kinda a regular so it just slips ya know. So located like 3mi north of the Great Stateline of Michigan and xhix, just before you reach Sterns Rd. We started off with Wings and Lollipops. If you've never had, OMG... either one is to die for. Vegetarians will actually contemplate on cheating, I swear 🤚🏼! Terry tried a dish that I've never had and he was smitten by it, The BBQ Pit Stop. It'a Mac-n-cheese, Brisket, Pulled Pork, BBQ beans and coleslaw drizzled in a sweet Bbq sauce sandwiched between two Andouille sausages and homemade cornbread. He said it reminded him of dishes in his younger days.... as for me, well... I opted for the BBQ Chicken Pizza, which has NEVER been a disappointment, but the focus here is on the PIT STOP Entree. Bar Service was great with Stephanie taking our order and keeping us quenched and Rachel, the Manager, being a runner for whatever we needed throughout our dinner. Can't say enough about this place other that I wished they carried more Michigan Brewed beer and less domestics 😛 AAA+++

Stopped here on a whim when we were in MI, What a great place! Food and service were top notch and atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend you stop here! Might just make the 2.5 hour trip again for lunch someday!!

Some of the greatest pizza in the history of pizza, I have to tell you. They really have something for everyone, even if you aren’t a fan of fancy stuff like steak

The barbecued pulled pork was so awesome! The shredded chicken was amazing.....I also have never had cornbread so moist and flavorful! The best cornbread ever!

Wings - 100% amazing.
Pork Belly Burnt Ends - omg. Melt in your mouth. The only down side was the small amount for the price. Oh and running out was super disappointing.
Cinnamon Bread Pudding Dessert - Fantastic.

Only complaint is the way it was bagged. The dessert was put in a separate bag, which normally would be greatly appreciated, but it was then put in the main bag right on top of the hot food so the whipped topping still melted even though it was put in a seperate container. 😭

Definitely gonna have to do a dine in experience here.

LOVED the lollipops, I've ordered them many of times and today they were the best ever! And pulled pork nachos are delicious! 10/10 Thanks for a great lunch! From the Liquor cabinet gals!

Food was so smokey, tender, juicy, and very flavorful. You get so much for the cost. Loved the whole experience. Some of the creamiest mac and cheese I've had with the best service. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
