Sheriff-Goslin has been tremendous in the terms of customer service and satisfaction. Our representative, Jason was phenomenal at delivering exceptional service.

Jason came to inspect the roof and deemed what necessarily needed repair. Determining fascia, rafter and joist repair in some areas. Additionally needing a total replacement on our low slope roof over the three seasons porch.

A quick opening emerged and we were booked quickly. Once completed the roof and rotted lumber was replaced. Unfortunately the fascia still needed repair. There was fascia covering that needed new lumber to be nailed and set under the drip edge. After contacting Jason about the unfinished job I was promptly contacted and ensured the job would be completed. Within two days Jason had the crew out and job finished.

I cannot express my gratitude to the attention and urgency by Sheriff Goslin Company to rectify the situation. The ability to turn a situation of customer service into a positive experience will forever stay with me. I recommend Sheriff Goslin for their exceptional customer service and attention to detail in a job well done.

Jason (sales Rep) and Mark (project foreman) were both Great! They are responsive and ready to help in any way they can. I spent several hours working with Mark on my roof project. The roof was not your typical roof, as there was steel roofing to blend in. Mark was knowledgeable and flexible on the bast way to do this. I will recommend them to my clients.

They did a great job on our cabin roof and even threw in an assessment of our main house at no extra charge. They were very professional and super easy to work with. I would 100% work with them again!

We bought our house Oct 2022. We were told by the inspector that our 2 yr old roof wasn't installed properly and to get a roofing specialist out "sooner rather than later". Mark was absolutely awesome! He was so friendly and professional. He came out and looked at the roof. He fixed the shingles that were lifting and fixed the flashing that was bent due to nails being inserted diagonally. My husband and I didn't know what to expect in terms of replacement/repair cost. Mark didn't charge us anything and told us that the roof would last us 20 years. No games and no trying to sell us something that wasn't needed. I have nothing but great things to say about Dave at Sherriff Goslin Roofing!! My wife and I found some leaks in our attic so we contacted Sherriff Goslin Roofing and they sent Dave out the next day. He checked out are Roof while we were at work found a missing shingle on the ridge cap and fixed it! He also found some issues with my flashing around our chimney and threw a few tubes of caulk on it for us and we hadn't even met him yet! He came out that night again and met with us to go over what he had found. He showed us some pictures of are issues and was very professional and informative not just selling but explaining in detail the issues and what he can do to help us out! He even came over and threw up a tarp on the backside of our roof a couple days later without us even asking!! just to help us out until we were able to get are roof fixed. It just goes to show they care about the people there helping it's not just about what they can sell! Quality people = honest and quality work! Mark Williams is very honest and professional. I requested a roof inspection after a hail storm, he responded the same day and put my concerns to ease. They repaired damages made by another contractor and came back a couple of days later to review the work and assure satisfaction. I called Sherriff Goslin because of a small roof leaf and Mark was there the following morning to take a look. After giving me 3 different options, Mark recommended the cheapest option and took care of the issue the same day. He even cleaned out the gutters for me so I didn't have to climb on the roof. For practically the price of a meal, I have my leak repaired and my gutters cleaned. Sherriff Goslin was recommended to me as someone to trust and I couldn't be happier with the work, the price, and professionalism. Will absolutely recommend to others.

I had wind damage and lost several shingles in a number of locations. I was going to repair it myself because I thought it would be difficult to find someone to help with such a small job. I decided not to do it myself and called Sherriff Goslin Roofing. I talked to Mark who was driving at the time and told me that he would get back to me. The next evening Kim called at around 5 and left a message. I called her back at 7:30 and left her a message. About 15 minutes later, Mark arrives at my house. I showed him the missing shingles and he said I'll fix it right now.
So about an hour later he finishes the job in the dark.

My wife and I were amazed and almost stunned. I asked for a bill and he said just skip it this time. The work he did was flawless. I have never used Sherriff Goslin before but now they will be my only call! Thank You Mark!

Mark and his team did an excellent job replacing our roof. Mark reviewed our options and showed us a few houses that had the type of shingles we were interested in using. He did a great job explaining how much the cost would be, how long the shingles would last, and how the project would be done. The team finished the roof in one hot day. It looks amazing. I previously left review on how SG wanted to replace half our roof in order to fix a valley. Roof needs replacement 5-10 years. After review, Mark Williams the manager, requested to come out to see what's up. This guy knows Everything about roofs and is a wealth of knowledge. He came back on his day off and not only re-did valley, but patched 5 other valleys as they were starting to wear. No Charge! Sherriff-Goslin installed a new roof for my elderly grandparents and they were so amazing! They got it all done in one day! We were especially happy about the professionalism, patience and kindness shown to my grandparents even when they had a lot of questions! They even worked extra late to finish up because there was a storm coming that night and they didn’t want to leave it unfinished!! Will definitely recommend!!

Dave was our go to guy and he was very thorough at explaining everything to us right from the start. During the whole process, Dave was quick to respond back when we had any questions. We appreciated how knowledgeable, friendly, and professional Dave was!
The crew treated our place as if it was their own house. They covered up our property, including plants and bushes, so they would not get damaged and then did a great job cleaning up all the shingles and nails when the job was complete.

I called and left a message on Saturday morning not expecting a call back until at least Monday. Saturday afternoon I got a call from Dave and he was able to come right over and check out our roof and help diagnose the issues we were having. He also resealed our vents free of charge! Very happy with his service. He is even helping us with a quote on replacing our roof.

We went with Sherriff-Goslin for two reasons--we knew that we would get a quality roof, and because of Dave. Dave is awesome! Dave is truly caring. At our first meeting I appreciated his honesty, and that we didn't feel any pressure. He is a person who is easy to feel comfortable and at home with. He kept us informed during every step of the process. After deciding to go with Sherriff-Goslin, and before the installation of the new roof, there were a couple of days of very heavy rains that our old roof just couldn't handle. Even though it we decided pretty late in the year to get a new roof installed, Dave moved us way up in the schedule in order to take care of us and our home. Dave and his team came out on a Saturday to get our new roof installed. He pointed out what they were doing every step of the way. It felt like he didn't just care about our roof, but about us. We are so thankful to have had such a wonderful experience working with Dave and Sherriff-Goslin.

Very down to earth and take time to get to know you and where you are coming from. From there Dave was able to assess the situation realistically. No frills and no pressure to buy a new roof. Was able, thankfully, to repair shingles from the wind storm, gave me a quote of what we might be looking at for a new roof. Called the late in the day after I got home from work. Was about to squeeze me in the next day. From a person who just bought the house, he was and to answer any questions and concerns I had. I'll definitely be calling them first the next time someone happens.

Dave was very helpful with the insurance company. He sat down with us and went through all the shingle options and told us about every single one to help us make the right choice. The work was done in 2 days and everything was cleaned up before the crew left. Dave came back in a couple days to do a final inspection to make sure that everything was done right and that we were happy with the work. I will tell everybody I know to call your company when they need to have a new roof put on. I want to say thank you to Dave again for stopping by when he saw the damage on the roof and for working with the insurance company like he did.
