I have been purchasing my Redwing boots from Reynolds Road store for years they have the best service and most knowledgeable staff period, they always have the boot in stock I will never go any place or try another boot as they always take great care of me every time. Great Job Guys appreciate your excellent service very hard to find a company that cares as much as you guys.

Red wing shoes are the best, I have been buying boots from the Reynolds Rd store in Toledo for decades. Simply the best, with an incredible staff at that location as well. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else!

The gentleman who help us took the time to have me try on several pair of shoes until I got the right fit! He was very knowledgeable and had excellent customer service skills.

Great store. Super helpful worker today. Drove down 45 minutes for a pair of work boots for my husband. Called ahead and they were kind enough to look for the style I wanted before I made the drive!

Walked in and got greeted right away, a few people walked in behind us a couple minutes later, at the time there was one man working. he made sure all of us were taken care of in a timely manner. He made sure that all of us knew our options, as well as made sure I liked what I was getting. I had been in there before so he looked up my account, found my shoes that I recently purchased about a year before. I love going there because the employees are extremely nice very informative, they make sure you walk out with what you want and need !

Always great service. Size your feet every time. Always have better work boots, even though you will pay more. We have purchased work boots at many other places, but they just don't seem to last. You and your feet deserve the extra money to be more comfortable.

Good variety of safety toe boots and shoes. Staff is friendly and helpful. They carry Redwings and a few other brands. All footwear seems to be quality here.

I mentioned that the first time I had been there the salesman had a framed photo of Frank Howard on the desk. The salesman said "That was me!", and we sort of bonded over that memory. It's unfortunate that the store went corporate and neutral "home touches" aren't allowed any longer.

These guys are AWESOME SAUCE!!! They helped me get a pair of work boots that are a hard find! (There were only 7 pairs in the whole country!) I have horrible foot problems, and needed these with a quickness, and they came through like some all-stars!!! Thank you so much Aaron and Brent!!!!👊😎💯
