Breanna was my stylist. She was so laid back and easy to talk to. Did a great job on my cut and color and I was happy with the price! She's got herself a new loyal client

I was in town visiting family and needed a last minute appointment. I got in same day at this salon. Heather was fun and accommodating on the phone. And Olivia did such a great color / and highlight job .
I had recently had surgery on
My hand and could not wash my hair even. It was so nice to get pampered ! I felt very comfortable in this salon… I can tell you
That is not always the case!
Headed back to Cleveland with fresh color and feeling great ! Thanks so much!

I've never had a better experience than the one i had here! From the front desk to the chair where my stylist (brandon) cut my hair. I got the exact cut that i showed him, and have never been happier. I will never go anywhere else!!

Raelyn has been my hair stylist for years. She also does my daughter's hair, and we both drive about an hour each time to see her. She's great with color and I've never been disappointed.

The lead up:
I had been a client for years, stylist/former owner Kim Hopkins took wonderful care of my hair and is a ray of sunshine all day, every day.
Sadly….
The pandemic hit at almost the precise moment that Brandon Harris purchased the business.
My choices:
Like every other person of a certain age who colored their hair, I was faced with a dilemma. Color it myself or pull the plug on my perceived youthful look and go gray. My sister, a natural dark blonde with highlights, chose to go all gray. Not surprisingly, she transitioned beautifully and looks fantastic. I on the other hand, have dark brown/red hair and my roots stood out in stark contrast. I had been used to touch-ups literally every other week. So, I started out using boxed hair color to keep my roots in check. This worked pretty well. I also trimmed my own hair using online tutorials. Since it was long and straight this worked moderately well. It all went south when I decided that I needed full color. The color was not good, the condition deteriorated rapidly, and I began to avoid the mirror.
The decision:
I made an appointment for a consultation with Brandon. I felt immediately that this was the person who could save my hair and my dignity. I suggested that I might be ready to transition to gray, finally releasing myself from the confines of root touch up every two weeks. To that end, Brandon applied a great combination of highlights and lowlights, trimmed off the significant damage and my new look was complete. The look and feel of my ‘new’ hair literally brought tears of joy. Additionally, Brandon suggested a line of products to help repair and compliment my new hair needs, which worked out very well.
Currently…
I have put my plan to transition to gray on hold. I am really enjoying my new color and style, it lasts far longer than two weeks and I leave feeling wonderful every single time. Brandon is truly gifted; a master of his craft and he clearly loves what he does. It adds up to a fantastic experience, one I always look forward to.
The take away:
Do yourself a favor and visit this salon. You will leave feeling fresh, pampered and pretty. They offer a variety of services and products and are truly happy to serve their clientele. Four years later, Brandon has proved that he made the right decision to purchase this business; it is thriving under his care, as am I.

After my stylist if 30 years retired, I had my first appointment today for a color and cut. I was a little bit anxious but Breanna did a wonderful job. She was able to match my color and gave me a great cut! I was so happy with the results that I rescheduled. Thanks, Bre, for the awesome look!!

i absolutely love going to brandon at sanctuary salon. brandon has created such a safe, light, clean, bright, cozy space for his clients to enjoy during their hair services! as soon as i walk in the door, i immediately feel comfortable and excited for my cut! i highly recommend checking out sanctuary salon, specifically brandon, for your hair needs! he has tons of experience and is very talented. you can tell he approaches each hair service with the utmost love, care and attention! thank you brandon and sanctuary salon crew!

I have thick, heavy hair and wait far to long between appointments but every time I leave Sanctuary I feel like a whole knew women! Brandon has done an amazing job every time I have gone to him. I just had highlights done by a new employee and she worked magic! Always will recommend this salon!

I went in to take my hair from red to blonde and Brandon made my dreams come true! The inside is kept very clean and tidy, staff is very friendly and personable. Brandon fully explained the process and went over what to expect before he got started. My hair looks and feels amazing!

I started going to this salon about a year ago. It is so hard to find that perfect stylist for you but I did with the new owner Brandon. He listens to you, offers suggestions and gives great results. I went to get my hair done since I have not had it colored in over 7 years. The staff was wonderful and my stylist was Raelyn and I couldn't be happier with my final product. I will definitely go back and have already recommended it to friends and family.
