I've been going to this post office since moving to Michigan 5 years ago. We live at a West Bloomfield address but I won't go to that one simple because this one is so much closer. The service here is fast, it's almost always busy but when a line forms they quickly get help. I have occasional times when the clerks are not the most friendly but I just say a quick prayer that their day improves. Today I went in and had over 70 small packages that had to be weighed and entered individually. Brad assisted me. He wasn't chatty until I struck up a conversation by simply saying, "how is your day going thus far?" That was all it took, we chatted and laughed. I truly believe that even though these workers are in customer service, it's easy to forget that we all need a personal connection. Now I can't wait for my next trip. Thank you Brad.

I don’t have to go to the post office very often, but happened to have stopped by the Cooley Lake Rd office on 2 different Saturdays within the last few weeks and would love to give a shout out to Rodney.
He has been great-always a smile on his face, so helpful & friendly-thank you for your excellent customer service!!!!!!!!!

My post office of choice. Wish this place was on my way to work. The employees here always know what they're doing and never hesitate to assist customers when needed. They're are always friendly and provide top notch service. I've been to post offices in multiple cities, this one is literally the only functioning one I've been to thus far. They should use this location as a template for all of their offices.

I came in today to mail something and had a really good experience. The man at the front was very nice and helpful. Put a smile on my face to see some one being so helpful.

Always helpful, friendly and convenient. Timely service inside, employees have always been professional, knowledgeable and polite. Convenient option of the numerous drive up drop boxes. Plenty of parking, including handicap parking. Great hours of operation, including during the holiday season. Check their website where the hours of operation are always updated.

Ann is the best! She was so kind and nice and helped us quickly get our packages sent out. I hope she has a great day and thank you :)

This is a great post office. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I’ve been using this branch a lot lately and every time is an enjoyable experience.

The two regular employee I see are always super friendly. It’s rarely that busy and I’ve never had an issue with a package.

I love this post office! Excellent service always and this morning Calvin went above and beyond to help me out with my deliveries! So thankful for this group of men who are all so pleasant and ready to help.

Every time I’ve been here (which is often) I’ve been treated so nicely! The gentlemen behind the counter are always smiling and friendly. I’m so glad because this location is very convenient!

Best Post office around! Rodney, Lee and Dan the man are the best around! Always fast friendly and accurate!

Loved the label machine , very easy in and out process and no help needed ! Very pleased with location. I was going to goto the keego harbor location, but I sell a lot online so will be coming here !

I drive a little further to get to this post office just for the employees! The employees are very nice and when I ask questions they dont seem to annoyed.

Small excellent,efficient,friendly knowledge staff clean,line's move quickly,well light,plenty handicap parking,easy to find.Give them a 9 of,10.
