The service was absolutely excellent! Very fast and helpful. The environment and atmosphere were also excellent. Very clean. The food was amazing and came out fresh and quick also. The only reason it's not a 5 star is that a few of the people I had dine in with didn't not enjoy the food they had ordered. On a side note, this fried rice is the best around, and the portion sizes are HUGE!

First Wok is a top notch Chinese restaurant. Have been going there for years and the food has consistently been high quality whether it we dine in or get take out. Today we got kung pao chicken, sizzling rice soup and egg rolls. They gave us a free crab rangoon on the house. The free hot tea is such a nice compliment to the meal as well. It isn’t a cheap, but the food is worth the price.

First Wok is definitely one of the best Asian restaurants in the area! I have been coming here for several years and have never been disappointed in the quality of the food. It may be a bit pricer than it’s competitors, but I’d say the extra cost is worth it. Orange chicken is usually my go-to at Chinese restaurants, and First Wok does it well. The lunch specials are a pretty good value in my opinion. The service has been reasonably efficient and has been friendly.

Newly repainted and updated exterior with the same great staff and fantastic food. The ingredients are always fresh and tastefully blended into classic dishes with awesome flavor and generous portions. This location is a regular stop for me and my colleagues. Highly recommended! 👌

Very tasty, very filling lunch serving! We came early afternoon on July 4th. Happy to have a good, sit-down meal on a holiday as we are from out of town. Ample white meat in my Orange Chicken dish. Husband really enjoyed the Hunan Chicken. Lunch dishes came with soup, crab cheese and egg roll. Clean restroom and friendly staff. Great place for a larger dinner party too. Yum! Thank you!

Very Delicious Food!! Great Egg Rolls, Egg Drop Soup and Sweet & Sour Chicken. They were open on Christmas Day and the entire staff were friendly and helpful!! Great Job Everyone 👍👍

I have been going to this restaurant for many years and is a very solid choice for Chinese food. I typically go early in the afternoon when they have a lunch special and it’s a very large quantity for a very reasonable price. First Wok has a diverse menu with tasty food.

Every time I go here, I am in wonder. First Wok makes all other Chinese restaurants pail in comparison. Way to keep setting the bar high! 30 years a fan.

Excellent place for great Chinese food. I got an appetizer and a dinner and it was enough for at least 3 meals. It tastes amazing too!

Extensive menu, reasonably priced, fast service, friendly staff. The food tasted great, the portions were larger than we expected, and our to-go order included cookies and tea bags. Easy to get to, and park. We'll definitely be back.

2024 update: everything from my 2020 review is still true. When a business can hold a level of quality over multiple years it speaks will of them. Go here.

Very fresh tasty food, Just moved to the area in the last year. Been looking for for good Chinese.. Found it 😊. I live 40 minutes away but will drive back to first Wok for my Chinese dinner.

By far my favorite Chinese Restaurant, this location especially! I have a large family with several younger children and live roughly 40minutes away and will gladly drive just to come here, its 100% worth it! The staff is always so friendly and accommodating, the place is clean and the food is always delicious. It's just an overall great experience whether you're in a small or large group.

The staff here are WONDERFUL!!! This was my first time eating inside, I usually get it to go home. Everyone was warm and friendly. They always are super nice here!
The food is ALWAYS excellent! I had beef fried rice, fried dumplings (I call them potstickers) and Crab Rangoon. The beef is so tender and the fried rice is never over salty...I love how they make their fried rice taste creamy with the egg added in. The Crab Rangoon really hit the spot! It's THE tastiest I've ever had!! The portions are huge so you're guaranteed to have yummy leftovers for work the next day!

It was my first time going today and i was craving dumplings and their steamed dumplings are THE BEST. I’m actually still eating them now and had to stop and write this review. The staff was also amazing too. I’ll definitely be coming back

My #1 choice when I am in the Grand Rapids area. Excellent food, service and facility. Try the Hunan Shrimp, you will love it!
