Every time I get Brad, I have a great shopping experience. There’s one lady who’s basically just a cashier and doesn’t know (or want to know) anything, and there’s this middle eastern guy who’s a total a-hole, at least to women. I’ve seen him give great customer service to men and making sure he takes care of all of them, even if a female’s been in the store longer.

Thankfully Brad is almost always there so it’s almost always good to shop there. He knows a lot about the products and makes sure I get the right stuff for my needs of the day.

I just left this establishment, I had gone in to purchase vape stuff to help me quit smoking. I was helped by Melissa and she was so helpful and knowledgeable. Super friendly too. I was very pleased with her assistance!

Brad, the main employee I see when I go in, helped me find my newest ecigarette, and let me test liquids, by far the lowest prices anywhere ! Update : I had an issue with the ecigarette that I purchased, it stopped taking a charge. I spoke to Brad, who gave me the number to call customer service, and they told me that the retailers are able to replace a defective product, so when I went back to rob's, Brad replaced my product, no questions asked, and he was polite and eager to help me. . BY FAR the best smoke shop I have ever been to!
