The staff here is amazing. There are a lot of other people complaining about this location and I don't think that's fair. This is a retail outlet, it is not your traditional Goodwill. But that is actually awesome, so, if you have an open mind and at least and hour to spend - it is usually well worth it.

I think it’s a very clean environment the staff is wonderful I usually find what I’m looking for. I really enjoy the hunt. The staff is very helpful the ladies work hard to get the stuff out so consider that before you start Criticizing.l feel it’s a good asset for the community 😍😃Thank you for the opportunity to express.

My experience with Goodwill in Benton harbor Michigan has always been great, my husband and I go there quite often we find knick knacks,gifts,toys, collectibles antiques and much more!

GoodWill will has changed My life in such a way My mom would rather have her children that she care for kids in a way I would care for My job at GoodWill all of the people care for the person who walks through their doors it can be a someone needing a job or a employee who is just getting to work or a customer who is trying to find a specific kind of work .

Great concept, People collecting donations are friendly. And the store is usually neat and clean despite the amount of things they stuff in there

They were great I got a lot of stuff for my money and for once they had reasonable prices not store prices

This is one of my favorite bargin stores. Always something new, always a treasure to be found and decent prices. Love this store

best good will there is, hours are wrong on page tho. opens at 11 am
