Friendly and knowledgeable vet. I took my new puppy in for a check-up. They had a very sick dog ahead of me and were a little late for my appointment. They checked in to make sure we were OK, waiting. Then they apologized for the wait. It was worth the extra few minutes to know that if we ever have an emergency, we will be taken care of. Regardless of schedule.

We LOVE Dr. B and all the wonderful staff. Our dog, Stanley, loves going to visit his favorite people. Dr. Beisinger is very thorough, extremely knowledgeable, answers all your questions, and takes his time with his patients. We love everything about Beisinger Vet!! Best vet and caring staff in the area!!

Very good service. Dr. Beisinger explained everything very well. Made us feel welcome and informed. Always a pleasure to take all 3 of our pets to him and his staff. Recently our cat became very ill with possible complications from an ongoing condition. Dr. Beisinger actually called us in return to discuss the illness. We are very impressed he took time out of his busy schedule for a phone consultation. Excellent personal care.

This vet has saved me from the animal hospital and a fair amount of money as a result not once but 3 times! Not only did they make time for me for my emergency, they did so with grace and smiling faces. Dr and staff are all super friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dr Beisinger is great with my pups and I feel he goes above and beyond. Dr B you were exactly what small sand lake needed. As always thank you for your services and being great with my pups.

My dog is only 7 months old and we have come here since he was born😊 The staff and dr Beisinger have all been so sweet and have yet to let me down especially this weekend.🥺 I would just like to give you guys a HUGE shout out and THANK YOU for saving my best friends life! I can not thank you guys enough for this!! It’s a Christmas miracle😭♥ if it wasn’t for you guys taking him in as an emergency last minute, he would not have made it! Your whole team is awesome and I highly recommend everyone to bring there fur baby’s here.

Dr.Beisinger is amazing! I breed French Bulldogs and he is absolutely wonderful with them and knowledgeable of the breed. He is very kind, caring and compassionate...if I ever have an emergency during office hours with any of my adults or puppies the office is always willing to work us in which means the world to me! I highly recommend Dr.Beisinger to everyone I know and also to all of my new puppy parents :)

Dr. Beisinger is so nice and personable. I really enjoy taking my dogs in to see him. I always learn so much. This is my favorite veterinarian office I've been to.

Amazing people. Helped us with both of our emergency melt downs from our dogs being stupid. Kind, gentle people. I absolutely love them.

Dr. Beisinger and his staff are wonderful. My elderly cat wasn't a patient there, but was declining quickly and neededto be put to sleep. Without question they got us in immediately and took great care of her. Everyone treated us with compassion in a tough time. I will definitely bring my other cats in going forward.

I started taking my cat here soon after they opened as it’s closer and less expensive than Cedar Springs. I was greeted by a wonderful staff and Dr. B was amazing. He took note of my cats previous medical history and made sure to explain things in a way that made sense to me.
When I had to make the difficult decision to put my cat down, Dr. B and the staff went above my expectations and did the procedure with such care. They even sent us a card in the mail; not a lot of places will do anything like that. As long as I live in the area, any future pets will be going here.

Dr. Beisinger and his team are absolutely amazing! I can't say enough about how wonderful they are. They helped me through such a hard time, having to let my 15 year old pup go. Thank you Dr. Beisinger and staff for helping me and for all the other animals you take care of. ❤

Dr Beisinger and his amazing staff had been great with our cat in the last 3 weeks. They were really amazing at her end of life. Talked us thru it and helped with our 16year daughter understand what he was doing. They are amazing and we will be forever grateful for there compassion nd empathy. We will be loyal customers.

Great recommendations and care given to dogs old & young, while very patient to answer questions and give multiple treatment options.

Got tired of being told by my vet to go to the animal hospital bc they couldnt fit my pets into the schedule. Long story short i ran over my family dog which lived. After getting out of the hospital i was told she needed to get into my vet in 2 days for check up to make sure she was recovering right. So i called my vet again and what do you think they told me, srry no time. Could try to get you in in a couple days. So then a friend told me sand lake was back open with a new owner. I made the call and explained my situation. They said we actually are full scheduled but get her in here and we will take care of her....INSTANTLY i knew who all 3 of my pets new vet was gonna be. So i got all there documents transfered. Thank you so much for actually caring!!

Keesha is always professional, welcoming, happy and makes ya feel like family. Dr. Beisinger, took his time, very thorough, and explains things in normal terms. He did my dogs cancer surgery at another vets office. Will follow him no matter. Great people!

I needed to take my cat, Janice, to get updated shots and a microchip. I used the Sand Lake vet when Dr. Hall was there, and I really liked it, plus it's close to home. So, I made an appointment with the new vet.
I REALLY liked them there! The veterinary assistant was really good with my cat, who does not warm up to other people well. Dr. Beisinger took the time to answer all of my questions, allay concerns and suggest things to help her that I could do at home that didn't cost hundreds of dollars. All in all, I'm really glad I chose this veterinary clinic.
