Absolute Floor Covering provided a great experience for my new carpet in my home. James was courteous and on-time for the measuring appointment, and Jim did an absolutely amazing job with the carpet in my older home, he is a 40 year experienced carpet craftsman, and takes the time and energy to get the job done to the highest quality. I am extremely satisfied with my experience with them, and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of carpet in the GR area.

Great experience! I really appreciated the family owned business feel. Sarah is very friendly and was always available to answer my questions. She even hand picked samples to send with Jamie for our in home consultation (with only a vague description from me on what I was looking for). I absolutely love the new floor, it makes our home seem bigger and more open and the variations in the color worked perfectly with our dark baseboards. The installation went well and the installers worked with us to make sure we had what we wanted. The flooring we chose was in stock so they were able to schedule installation quickly. They even had financing options available that worked well for us. We couldn't be happier. Thank you!

We are thrilled with our new floors and everything went extremely smoothly. Jim and Jake were very professional and a pleasure to work with. We are very happy with the outcome and our rooms feel transformed! We had 2 rooms get Mohawk carpet and 2 rooms get Revwood Cedar Chestnut laminate.

Absolute Flooring expertly installed new floors throughout my entire home and it looks gorgeous! The installers were professional, courteous, and highly efficient so I was able to get my life back to normal quickly. A few minor issues arose unrelated to the floor, so I made one call to Absolute and they sent out professionals immediately to totally resolve both issues! Jamie is a customer service rock star - it’s really hard to find this kind of company any more. That’s why I am highly recommending these guys. Five stars all the way around!

We had a great experience with James and his brother, Matt. Very detail oriented, fair pricing, great product and on time! The transformation, the vinyl plank floorings made, was amazing.

Absolute Flooring replaced the linoleum in our laundry room and repaired the carpet in the foyer leading to the laundry room. All work was done in a timely fashion and professionally. Especially impressed with how the installer (Jim) cleaned up. We were satisfied 110%. Would use Absolute Flooring again and would recommend them without reservation. Great job!

After getting over 10 quotes for our flooring we decided to go with absolute to replace the whole house flooring, they were right in the middle price wise but it was their friendliness, helpfulness and their knowledge that made me go with them. Jamie and Sarah were very quick to reply to my many questions... I asked if it was possible to get it done a little sooner since I had my daughter's bday party coming and they made it happen! I appreciate all there hard work and the long days they spent here. Will definitely recommend to anyone that needs any flooring done. Very happy with our new floors :)

We are very thankful for Absolute Floor Covering. We recently purchased a home in the area where the previous owner had had them replace some carpet before we moved in. We ended up having to tear a bunch of things out of the house and needed someone to come fill a new space with matching carpet. Absolute Floor Covering came back and did an excellent job making it look like it was all one piece. They were even able to use the carpet from the same roll even though it had been a few months! They also restretched the carpet where we had to pull it up. And they gave us a great deal.

Appreciate all the hard work absolute flooring did on our floor on short notice. Jamie was a pleasure to work with. His crew worked hard to make sure we were happy and satisfied. Overall a great experience and will use them again when needed for our bathroom and kids rooms.

Jamie (the owner) came out to my house for an estimate and brought some samples. I KNEW he was sincere and trusted him from the start !! The front desk gals were amazing to work with along with the two installers, Donovan and Ryan. Fair pricing and quality service. They were able to fit us in before our wedding reception as we had guests planning to stay at our house at the last minute. It was a huge relief to have the carpet done before our guests arrived. They went above and beyond by trying to fix the squeaky floorboards when requested. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Such a wonderful experience working with Absolute Flooring! Very professional and helpful. Hard workers that did a fantastic job. We had an estimate and we weren’t pressured to have to sign day of which we really appreciated. Giving us time to think about it since it was a very big decision for us. What a great experience! This is the 4th house we have built over the past 30 years. NEVER have we had more courteous customer service; thoroughly knowledgeable; attention to detail; professionalism and expert installation.
From the minute we walked into the showroom and explained what we wanted, Jamie was on top of it! We were truly impressed with his knowledge and the product we decided on with his help.
I'm embarrassed to say I cannot recall the name of the young lady also in the showroom that day, but she also was so kind and professional, arranged our installation and all of the other details required.
We ended up with a better product and price than we could have imagined!
Jeff and Jake were our installers who were so kind, courteous and professional. Their work is impeccable! They were careful to never leave a mess; not even any sawdust or scraps of flooring in our driveway!

Good Day All!

I don’t always leave reviews, but after this experience I feel it necessary.

After three other quotes on carpet and laminate flooring, I messaged these folks on a FB add. Sarah and Jamie are the owners and a husband and wife team.

Sarah describe in detail how laminate flooring is waterproof now and not anything like the old stuff that bucked and lifted. She is quite knowledgeable on their products. Well done!

Then Jamie came over and explained everything involved in the installation process, his grandfather, father and himself have done flooring their whole life which made me feel at ease. Me not knowing how to swing a hammer was very impressed.

I will be having the work done by them as soon as the rooms are painted.

So, to sum up this review.

Call them and experience all of this for yourself. You won’t be disappointed.
Yes, they did beat the other quotes, but even if they didn’t, I would have put my trust in them.
