I came after a tough loss at my bowling match. As soon as I got here I was sat quickly and the server Josh was quick and attentive. Josh always made sure if we were doing good with the food he gave us. Josh did a splendid job at keeping all 4 tables he was serving satisfied. I loved my experience here will most definitely come again.

I had the Southwestern Chicken bowl and my husband had the Tex-Mex Shrimp bowl. They were both so fresh and flavorful (we like spicy) and really a big meal. But the best thing about the meal was our server Liz (4955 28th St SE, Grand Rapids, MI). Friendly, professional, efficient, genuine and all-around delightful. 5 stars for Liz!

Came in for dinner, Natalie was our server she did an amazing job, was so sweet and attentive to us. She makes us love coming to Applebees! New skillets were delicious

I went to Applebee’s for a quick dinner date with my Aunt and Esquire had great customer service. He checked on us a couple of times to ask how we were doing, he was on top of refilling my all-you-can-eat entree as well. Thank you Esquire for your great service!

The food was good. The service was amazing. Josh did an excellent job at getting our food and drinks to us efficiently and in great condition and quality. Josh went out of his way to help us! Although my date walked out on me…Josh’s amazing service made up for it!

Saved out night. The waitress, Wendy, was incredible. We'd just come from a terrible experience at the Cheesecake Factory and she was wonderful. We got sat quickly during peak dinner time and all the food came out fairly quick and hit the spot.

Esquire was my waiter and he was just amazing. He was timely and so kind. Highly recommend this place.

Went here for the unlimited wing deal and did not regret it at all! Esquire was my server and was on top of every order, constantly bringing us wings and drinks. 10/10 recommend coming to this location and If you get Esquire consider yourself lucky and I garuntee you’ll be full when you walk out that door!

Bartender Nicole was a breath of fresh air. It was nice to get great service with a sincere appreciation for the customer. I also witnessed Nicole interacting with her co-workers, she was kind and supportive to all. Kudos to Nicole and her incredible positivity and attitude.

the whole experience was incredible, really. i was caught off guard the moment our waiter greeted us w his beautiful presence. he was great! refilled drinks without being asked, got all our food to us while also man handling the bar too. the food was a little overcooked, but definitely not the waiters fault. this applebees will definitely become part of our black friday traditions. thanks esquire! :)

The server Dennis is a very outgoing, and prompt server. He is very friendly and offers great customer service!!! The food is very good too!!! I am so very happy with the special that is going on. I highly recommend that others come to the 28th Street location and ask for Dennis, you will be glad you did. 😊
