Incredible ice cream! Best I've cream i have ever had and huge portions. Customer service is always very kind and pleasant. Not a lot of indoor seating but I love being outside with ice cream on a hot day! Super yummy and refreshing!

Delicious ice cream. I had the Caribbean Carmel in a sugar cone, and I love it. The staff followed covid prevention guidelines. There was a line outside of the store with Marks on the ground to provide guidance for proper distance. I will most definitely come back to try some other flavors.

Small local ice cream place. Awesome ice cream. Love it because it's been owned and run by the same couple for many years. Friendly people. It's a great place that hires many local students in the summer

Dave is one of the nicest people I have met and the ice cream is real milk cream and sugar and actually home made. Highly recommend anyone to make a special trip or a detour to experience the magic of a real hometown family owned ice cream shop.

Absolute favorite place. Great ice cream. Favorite flavor…Black Raspberry or Raspberry Chocolate Bliss. Love the waffle cones, friendly owner and staff. Great atmosphere. Always worth the trip. Highly recommend!

Ice cream was phenomenal (pretty sure it's all homemade). My only disappointment was that they don't offer samples. Highly recommend!

Plainwell Ice Cream has my favorite flavor of all time: Cotton Candy Confetti. It is rich in taste, light in weight, and full of nostalgia for me. I don't live in the area anymore so it's always a special visit when I'm in town. This time I topped it off with some Birthday Cake which was delightful. Love your work!

Super friendly, I'm allergic to chocolate and didn't think to ask if the cotton candy had any chocolate in it, so I went back in and explained and they were so willing to give me a new dish of ice cream that doesn't have chocolate in it. Definitely will becoming back for the good ice cream and great service
