Working with Jason was great. He was quick to respond to communication and gave me great advice about our fence design. Rob installed our fence and he was PHENOMENAL. He was so kind, responsive, and he asked for my feedback before making decisions on fence placement. We had a great experience and have already referred a neighbor to Jason!

Outback Did a great job on our both fence projects. The wood cedar fence looks beautiful and made by real craftsmen. The Chain link is very sturdy and straight and the gates work great too. Our new cantilevered umbrella also looks beautiful on our new stamped concrete patio. Thanks Outback!

Over 5 months I dealt with a lot of contractors with the different aspects of our new swimming pool. Many of those stressed me out with their companies and work. I can't say Outback was the cheapest as I didn't shop price but I can say that Jason and the installers did a professional job with my fencing. I know how a job is done right as I managed service for 30 years installing high end commercial equipment. They took care to lay down cardboard to protect the finish and conveyed issues as they went along. Happy with the results. As my dad used to say "You only care about the cost the day you pay it, after that you only care about the results".
P.S. We also bought furniture and an umbrella and they are what you'd expect paying that amount. The home improvement stores were cheaper but the quality was not the same.

Out Back did an amazing job on our fence! Jason, the salesman was super nice and had some great ideas. Rob and Jake, the installers, couldn't have been better! We have two dogs (hence, the need for a fence) one is a puppy who loves everyone and the other is a very skittish, large breed dog. Rob and Jake had a healthy respect for the dogs and tried really hard to "friend" the skittish one. The puppy has been looking for them every time he goes outside since they finished the project. I would highly recommend this company!

Outback was great to work with! A thorough and detailed company. Easy to communicate with and they were great with flexibility in scheduling work. Fencing looks wonderful and absolutely no mess afterwards. Highly recommend.

Outback installed a new vinyl privacy fence around our pool/yard just a few weeks ago. They were both friendly and efficient. The final product looks outstanding as well. I am extremely pleased with their service and will be returning soon to shop for furniture.

We have done two major fencing projects and made two furniture purchases so far this season. Each exceeded expectations ... the whole Outback team is terrific and Greg is a superstar installer !!!

They worked WITH me on spots where we had to re-design on the fly. They offered excellent advice and points of consideration when they wanted to change what I had originally thought was the best way of handling some spots. Likewise, they considered my reasoning for adjusting original plans at other spots and agreed.

In short, Outback sent some fence installers who quickly let me know that WE were a team who would do the job Justice.

This is the third time we went to Outback for our fencing needs, and we would go again if need be. Highly recommended!

The team from Out Back Casual Living & Fence did a fantastic job for me in 2016 when I built my home by providing competitive rates and great service. Five years later, I called on Out Back again after a tree came down taking out a section of the fence and I couldn't be happier. The office staff was friendly and helpful as they worked with me to get an estimate and timing for the repairs. The crew that was on site to repair the fence was polite, friendly, professional, and had a good sense of humor making the whole experience better. They were careful to avoid damaging my neighbors garden on the opposite side of the fence, made sure the repair was perfect, and left no sign that they had even been there.

We had Jason from Outback quote us the fence for our backyard. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with ideas. The installation went very well. We are very happy! We had Outback put up our pool fence 12 years ago. They have been very prompt to any issues concerning weather or kid damage we’ve had over the years. I would recommend to anyone.

Incredibly beautiful fence from Outback Casual Living. We have received so many positive comments, even from people just driving by. Funny, someone that my son in law works with mentioned seeing this beautiful fence from the road and other people at his work that had see it were also talking about it. Then he let it be known that he knew the owners. In addition, we had a building inspector out to look at a deck that was being built. He commented "that is one sexy fence you've got going up". I was extremely impressed with the installers attention to detail. Incredibly conscientious and talented builders. Not an easy install given the slope in the yard. The guys were great, obviously proud of their work...and they should be very proud of what they built over the course of a week (it was a lot of fence). The weather was not the best during the entire installation but they didn't miss a beat and labored through it. We love it...can't wait to incorporate landscaping in the spring. My wife and I highly recommend Outback.

Great customer service, knowledgeable estimators, skilled and polite installers. Very pleased. They added a gate to my expensive and quality fence and suggested ways to reuse existing pieces to keep costs down. Very pleased.

We hired Out Back to install fencing in our backyard. I could not be happier! Their ENTIRE TEAM (sales people, estimators, installers, and even the people that answer the phones) are incredibly professional. They follow through on everything they promise (quote returned quickly, show up on time, complete the project when they say they will, etc). Jason was our sales person and he was super patient with all my questions and always responded quickly. Rob & crew did our installation and he was so detailed and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend them enough.

The 2 gentleman that came to my house were right on time, very kind and courteous, got straight to work, kept on working in the rain and had our entire yard fenced in by 5pm. We were blown away! Will absolutely be recommending Outback to our friends and family.

I first met their crew while on a walk around Reeds Lake. They were professional, kind, and generally good natured guys. When it was time to get some fence of my own, the choice was clear. Their estimating, billing, and time to complete the project were all 5 star - outstanding people and company. Oh, and the fence even looks amazing! Bonus!

We hired Out Back to install a fence for us in spring of 2019. Their pricing was competitive and their service was amazing! They were fast and did a great job! It is now almost summer of 2020 and a gap started to form at the gate. I don't believe it to be an error of theirs but I notified them on Friday and they just fixed it today, Monday. I could not be happier! Excellent company with knowledgeable and friendly staff!
