We love our Generac whole house generator. The installation was done well with no problems, and Steensma sends a "friendly" technician out periodically to service it. When power goes out, we are hardly able to detect it switching to the generator. Every Wednesday, without fail, the generator automatically runs a test for five minutes. We are so happy to have the protection of continuous power, especially because a family member relies on the use of oxygen. There is no worry of being without power!

We went to buy a John Deer lawnmower from here and had amazing customer service! Doug helped us pick out the best one for our property! Super excited to try it out! I know you are extremely busy in the Generac Division. I don't call often but when I do I never feel rushed by the person I am talking to. My question is thoroughly answered. When the technician comes for my yearly Generac service he is very thorough making sure that everything that can be checked is and replaces parts that are needed and monitors battery life. The results are sent promptly via email. I happened to be at home this time and he went over the findings with me as well. Very courteous and happy to answer any questions I had even though he had a lot of stops yet. When I think of Steensma these things come to mind: Knowledge, Service and Caring.
