Hobby Lobby

My favorite place to buy 4 ply yarn. We shopped the entire store. There are so many craft and decorative items to choose from. We saw puzzles and model cars to put together and many kids crafting kits. Just a fun place to spend some time.

Since I'm in the midst of downsizing and I've finished wedding bouquets and decor for my five kids, I haven't been to the store in some time. I found the store in Tulsa c. 1978 and have been there many, many times since... but not lately.
I had had a rather miserable day in a miserable week. But I had some leftover wedding picks that I had been carrying in my car for months that needed returned.
The cashier and the supervisor were very courteous despite my not having a receipt. Since they still carried the pics, they took them back... when they really didn't have to.
I had brought in an odd shaped picture done by my niece nearly 40 years ago, that had never been framed. With five kids money's always been tight. The lady in the frame shop treated me with the same respect as she would have a 'big spender'. She helped me find the perfect frame for the picture and helped me minimize the cost.
I did some quick Christmas 'window-shopping' for my grandkids, grabbed a replacement stocking holder for my wife and checked out.
While I was standing in line, I realized that my well-earned rotten mood was gone and that it had to do with the grace of God, being in a business that honors God, and visiting one of my most lifetime favorite stores.
Thanks to the folks back in Oklahoma that founded Hobby Lobby and thanks to all of the kind and helpful ladies who helped me at the store here in Grand Rapids, Michigan! 😃🌟🌟🌟

Hobby Lobby is one of the larger Arts & Crafts store in 28th street. They have wide range of products. It’s an impressive store for art lovers.

Can I just work here as a "browser"? I don't need $, simply pay me in Hobby Lobby bucks! The almost best part, I went in on a Sunday and they were closed, I did not get mad, I got glad, lol. Many places do not recognize the Sabbath or even any Sabbath day for that matter so smiles from me on this one! Okay and bake to the store, talk about selection!!!! Amaze balls!!!! There is so much to choose from, and the prices are so affordable! I was able to create a new office space in my bedroom and create an marriage inspiration wall and get a few gifts for a low price! I love Hobby Lobby!!!

Great place for any crafting materials or hobbies; sewing, model painting, jewelry crafting, home decor, you name it! Beautiful and bright with peaceful music.

Such friendly staff, items for my home, well-priced and tasteful. Lovely music to listen to while shopping.

You can almost always find a great deal! Sometimes the one thing I want is full price, but they will have that item that I can't find elsewhere! Like this basket!

Well stocked and found staff to be helpful in the store. It's really difficult to find stores with enough help to individually help customers, but this nice clerk in the back of the store was also cashier's as needed. Many hats! Great fabric selection for quilting. EVERY SEASON was represented on the shelves for crafters! Amazing!

I took a puzzle here to get glued. It took them about 20 minutes and it turned out amazing (see picture)! They put it on some kind of foam board and have it cut to the exact size. The best part was that it was only $15 for 19" x 27" puzzle!

Hobby Lobby has great prices. I love them a lot. Marilyn was very kind and helpful.

Went here today with my kids and couldn't believe how expensive it was. But we saw all throughout the store were different sales in different areas. Like 75%off labeled items and 50%off other items like wall decor and table decor. We got a decent amount of stuff for a nice price. Can't wait to go back.

I shopped at you store #244 on 2/37/23 my checkout time was 2:02 pm. I was looking for dainty Angel wings for a memorial for my friend who lost her young daughter . Joseph was an extremely awesome help . He went above and beyond. Thank you !
