I was there last week and had such a great experience! The man and woman working were so friendly and knowledgeable! I bought 3 pairs of shoes and am so happy with my purchases. Definitely a great place to shop for good quality shoes.

Stopped by the Merrell Outlet store on Labor Day after walking the bridge. Surprised they were open on a holiday. Staff very engaged and helpful, going to the storage area in the back to get sizes missing on the display racks. Great sale today, although a bit disappointed that some items excluded merely because they are popular. Good selection of shoes and accessories at attractive prices.

My family and I had the most positive experience shopping here. The owner was extremely helpful with lots of knowledge on her products as she reccomended shoes & clothes. She didn't fret as we shopped close to closing time and didn't complain when we had to exchange some items and change our minds. Highly reccomend this place for shoes and clothes!

Eunice(store manager) was amazing! Extremely knowledgeable about the products she sells. Very customer oriented. She informed us of promotions, sales, product specs. Between her and another sales associate, they handled 4 of us at the same time efficiently! Fun experience!

We stopped in here because I just wanted to see if they had any shoes I needed. I brought 3 pair of Merrell shoes and pants on vacation but wanted to look anyway. The staff was very helpful in finding what I needed. They had an amazing sale going on, so of course, I had to get another pair. My husband also got a pair. After we left, I wished I had purchased the other pair as well.

Just popped in to look around a couple of days ago and ended up with 2 pairs of shoes and 2 sets of Aetrex insoles. They have a good selection of summer and winter shoes as well as waterproof. Our salesperson was phenomenal! She was super helpful, attentive, friendly, personable, and really catered to both of us individually. She paid attention to our comments and was always one step ahead. She was honestly the best salesperson I’ve encountered in a long time! I will definitely shop there again next time we’re in the area. Thank you for the great shopping experience!

Always great service here. My wife and I always stop here on our way to the U.P. or on return from. They often carry shoes not on the Merrill website and will give you discounts on multiple purchases. We often walk out with 3-4 pairs of shoes and socks or other accessories. The staff is always friendly and ready to help. I wear Merrill shoes almost exclusively and I always find something I like at this store that's not on the website. I recommend this store to anyone traveling thru Mackinaw City.

We got good deals on quality shoes but the best was the staff. Super friendly and helpful and was able to help multiple customers at once. On top of all of that she was super knowledgeable. Answered questions, know her product, knew her stock and knew her clients.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a Merrell Outlet store so close to the boonies up here. I am going on a very intense hike out west, which will include the Grand Canyon, the Redwoods, Sequoia National Park, and Death Valley. I ended up going with two pair of Moab hiking boots - one waterproof and one with venting. I spent a good 2.5 hours there and tried on basically everything. I have a bad left foot, so shoe shopping can be a complete hassle. I needed a separate insole to help with the cushioning, but these are some of the nicest and most comfy hiking boots I've ever owned. Too bad the shoe version just doesn't cut it with my feet! I am hoping all I have to do over the next year or two is just buy replacement insoles! Heading back next week to grab two pair, just in case of the product being discontinued. Staff is very knowledgeable and doesn't pressure; however, they did pressure me with more discounts if I kept buying! I took them up on that offer! You're on your feet all day, so treat them well. I'll be coming back!

Great quality shoes. Offers work boots, all terrain footwear, beach shoes, sandals for work or play. Some clothing. Big sale section! Great deals too. Often run a sale buy pair, get another pair 1/2 price! We shop here often. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

My family stopped at Merrell in Mackinac City Sept 17th. They were having a huge sale! I went to buy myself shoes and my whole family ended up buying shoes because the sale was too good. Get 30 off one pair and 50% off 2 more (something like that). They asked if my sister and I were buying together, we can save money if we do. So of coursfootage. After us, my brother purchased insoles. My mom decided last minute she wanted shoes too. My mom went to pay the woman working (red hair big smile I want to say, Kate?) Unfortunately not all of us bought at the same time. However she remembered us all buying and added my mom's shoes onto one of our other purchases to give her the best dicoint possible (within the rules of course).

I hope that made sense. Regardless, I would shop again and I recommend Mackinac City Merrell. Fantastic customer service. Very knowledgeable about comfortable footware.

Awesome store with great sales and an amazing selection. 20% front front line workers and veterans is huge with the other discounts. Got $425 worth of stuff for $160!

My husband and I stopped here so he could get a pair of shoes and end up getting two and I happen to love these shoes they fit your feet just right and they're comfortable

I absolutely love this place and ALL OF MY Merrill's only downside is that I now know where they are and my shoes are going to only expand more than they already have

They have various styles of Merrell shoes at buy 1 get 2nd pair 40% off, good socks, shirts, jackets, and vests. They even have the aetrex machine that scans your feet to show pressure points and things. And, of course, the aetrex orthotics. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Great store.
