Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I ordered a custom birthday cake with very little expectation of being wowed. Boy was I wrong! The cake looked better than I ever hoped for! I gave very little instruction, just chose colors and added the theme in comments. The decorator really went above and beyond in making our cake absolutely perfect. Thank you so much.

Even with a line that rapped from one side of the building to the other, it moved quickly and the staff was friendly, helpful and kind from placing the order to pay to getting my order. The food was excellent and my blizzards were all mixed all the way through. Amazing Dairy Queen!

Unlike some places their ice cream machine is never broken. Safe place to take kids when they want ice cream and not be disappointed. Food is always fresh and hot.

This review is for the Westville, IN store . The service was exceptional, the employees were very professional and with only 4 employees on duty kept me in and out in under 10 min. The lobby was packed and I was the 6th car out from the order speaker. My favorite is a strawberry cheesecake blizzard add bananas. They are the only store that makes it right and you get a large blizzard not half a blizzard and a half a cup of vanilla ice cream . Good job Westville you do it right.

Every year this Dairy Queen gives all the active duty personnel That are stuck on duty and cannot leave the a ice cream!

I love coming here and being treated like i am family, iIve never had a problem with service or someone smiling back at me asking me how im doing. The service is really firnedly and Management and Crew goes beyond expectations to make sure theyvare doing what they can to get the irder absolutely correct and fast to you. And my food is always hot and fresh. Restaurant is always clean every time i come. And i love being told thank you and have a wonderful day

Free ice cream cone yesterday, they recently renovated the whole place. Got to say, not my favorite place to go for food, but it definitely hits the spot on ice cream. Blizzards are great, come in a large variety of sizes, and the staff is pretty nice.
Good place to take little kids. Good place, ice cream is tasty.

I've searched far and wide for good fast food fried chicken and gravy. Dairy Queen is the best, better than KFC. Plus their wide arrange of ice cream flavors is fantastic.

I hadn't been to a DQ in quite a while- I was very pleased! The food was warm, fresh and correct. It was quite good, and even the picky toddlers ate well. The staff was on point- and explained the menu differences without complaint. They brought our food to the table, and brought extra baskets/ice cream cups for the little ones to split things. Each employee also interacted and spoke to the little ones. Truly went above and beyond.

Blue-ribbon customer service here!!! The workers are always so friendly and helpful. But the food... the food is sensational!!!!!! Always fresh and delicious. You cannot go wrong by coming here. They are also perfect for those late night munchies.

This is a wonderful Dairy Queen. As a kid we would always go to this Dairy Queen after going to Silver Beach. It was such a wonderful treat. I also remember ordering Sundays and ice cream and they would put a big smiley face on it. That always put a big smile on my face, as a kid. The food here is moderately priced and the service here is excellent.

My bestie and I both got blizzards. Both were as amazing as could be! The Royal New York Cheesecake Blizzard with Strawberry Filling was sweet and tasted just like fresh strawberries! The Turtle Pecan Cluster Blizzard was heaven in a cup! Highly recommend!

The service and smiling face was the best part! Not crazy about the outdated and bland menu. The company should stick to ice cream. But again, the service was friendly, and now a days that is special!

They live up to their name and the service was fast and they made sure everything was as it should be hot burger and fries along with a nice cold shake that would not spill when turned upside down. They said they would give me a new blizzard if mine had spilled when I overturned it and it didn't spill out at all! I was surprised!

I really liked the friendliness that was received by the worker who took out order and gave us our food .I was pleased to see we got everything we ordered and it was great!! nothing like icecream to top lunch on a hot day after the beach .😀
