Arby's

We just went thru drive-thru. We didn't go inside to eat. About a year ago, they couldn't put everything in the bag, they have gotten better the last couple of times, as far as everything we ordered was in there. Always love their curly fries with cheddar and about everything else they have. Great service the last few times.

Had the chicken sliders and nuggets shake everything was hot fresh and served with a smile.

We went after a ball game on a busy Thursday night. The wait in the drive thru took a while but when we got to the window I believe there were only two workers! They were both extremely polite and helpful. They apologized for our wait and then got our food to us pretty quickly. The food was hot and fresh and tasted good! I greatly appreciate the hard work and effort of these two ladles. Thanks a million!

When I get my food, it doesn't look all slopped together and they're not skimpy with the roast beef. The mozzarella sticks are always cooked perfectly.

Clean, the people are super nice, my kids and I come in here and are always acknowledged and taken care of...the food is always correct...we will be back

We went through the drive thru.. we were politely greeted and told it may be longer than normal because they were short staffed... it didn't really take that that long... the lady in drive thru was super sweet and polite. She apologized for the wait and had such a great attitude...and the food was awesome as always...

I had the 2 for 7 fish. It was Fantastic! It was fresh, taste was good and it was delicious huge fish sandwiches. Very worth the $7.

I placed my mobile order for the wrong time by mistake. The young lady was very attentive. The staff came together and got me my order so I could be on time for my sons practice.

Very clean, food was good and I couldn't get over how nice the staff was. They greeted you upon entry and said goodbye when you left. I was looking for something to use as a stirer to mix sauces and the lady behind the counter saw me and asked if I needed help. Just nice that she noticed and asked. Don't get that a lot in fast food places. 1 thing...sweet tea could have been better. Tasted watered down.

Sandwich was good and hot. It was very fresh. Exactly what I ordered. Service waa as fast. Fries were hot and very tasty. Lobby was clean. Behind the counter was clean and organized. Service was good. Tables and floor was clean. All dispensers were full and operating. Employees were courtious. All was run in an orderly fashion. I will go back. I rate this as an 8.

Never once has my order been wrong, and never has it taken long to get my food. I eat here frequently so I can't blame luck. Fully recommend.

I love Arby’s. A little pricey but so yummy. I once ordered my usual order #1 (I think). They had changed the orders numbers and didn’t post it anywhere! I thought they messed up turned out it was me at fault but they let me keep the mess up and got me my regular out quickly and acknowledged that it should have been posted that the order #s had changed.

Half pound roast beef sandwich I need not say anything more. Amazing! Turkey club sandwich is just as good. The drive-thru line went fast we didn't have to wait but just maybe a minute or two.

Was running behind a mistake happened but its how the staff recovered. That won us over. Geeat communication. Remade fresh hot tenders, included a coupon for a free sandwich next time. 😃

We ordered the 2 for $5 regular roast beef sandwiches. My 6 year old loves them so much she ate almost all of both of them and she isnt usually a big eater. I've always loved Arby's. Unfortunately Scottsburg Arby's is pretty slow, but at least the food is good and service great. It is expensive but worth it to me.
