Long John Silver's

Swung by here and picked up a family meal deal. Everything was cooked correctly bagged well and the order was complete and accurate. The manager was very nice and we had a conversation while I briefly waited for my food. The little lemon cakes are actually quite good too. No complaints here.

Wish we got there before 7 to take advantage of Sundays all you can eat but it has always been a great experience and the food never lets us down always to perfection.

I was sitting in the restaurant at the time this very unforgiving James Wilson guy was there (the unfairly negative review given last night).

He started screaming and yelling at these employees for taking too long to serve his food after I heard the manager explain to him that the monitors were not working and there would be a wait. I have never seen a grown man act like that in a restaurant ever. Shame on him for treating that teenager so horribly, the girl was so upset we finally walked up to her and tried to say something to console her because of his behavior . You could clearly tell the manager was doing everything she could. Unfortunate this man could even leave a review.

This store has changed a lot with the new manager they have now and the new associates at the counter awesome at customer relations felt like a family-oriented atmosphere which we love we will definitely be back again my wife and I and our kids loved it 💞

My fiancé and I used the drive through and had a wonderful experience. The food and employees were awesome! Can't say enough good about the whole experience. The Long John Silvers in Scottsburg Indiana is the place to experience. You won't be disappointed.

I haven't had long John's in a long time, it was great, even the crispys at the bottom!

The people are always friendly. Even when it takes me forever to figure out what I want. I do wish drinks came with the meals though!

Great, friendly, fast service. There was a misunderstanding on our order (on our part) but they still made it right according to what we were confused on. Totally didn't have to do that, but they insisted!! All three employees greeted us and wished us a merry Christmas. So good to see this customer oriented service still exists. And the food was good, hot and crisp.

The young man was extra busy and alone (in the drive thru) except for a cook. He was very friendly and polite and apologized for the wait. The food (fish and shrimp) was hot and delicious. The shrimp were huge. Great experience! Gotta have my fix once in a while!

Long John Silver's is mine and my daughter's favorite place to eat. So about once a month I drive to scottsburg and buy us some because they closed ours in Seymour IN. Wish they would bring it back. I wish they would still put some crumbs in the dinner. But it was very good.

I'm from Chicago and haven't seen a long John's in 10 years, was passing thru and had to stop in, the food was great and the staff was prompt and polite, highly recommend.

Food was great, not greasey at all. Staff was very friendly and pleasant 😊. Helped to figure out how to save me money, by ordering items separate then ordering a meal and adding on the extra items I wanted. Thanks again!! I will go back!!!!

This location was great. We were on the road and stopped in on the way home. They were understaffed horribly but we still recieved great service. The salmon and rice I kid you not was better than I've had at high end restaurants. The cook was on point and he even came out and served. Just a great team that they had that night.
