Met him at the Scott Co 4H fair, he was so nice to meet. He snapped a pic of my little family and printed it off for us to take home. Was so nice!!

I was pleased to see Bob Ward's offer for "eclipse glasses" gratis on FB yesterday and stopped by to pick up a pair for my wife and myself earlier this morning. I have been doing insurance business with Bob since moving to town five years ago and I always appreciate his concern for our community. I love this office! When we moved to Indiana years ago we transferred everything there. Since then we have moved to multiple cities in Indiana far from their office but I refuse to transfer to a closer agent because I love them. They are always so quick to respond via text, email, or phone 😊😊

I would highly recommend Bob Ward and the people who work for him. Not only did he save me a ton of money on my insurance but when my truck broke down on the side of the interstate I called his office and they had a tow truck out to get me in no time. The ladies that work for him are nice, friendly, know their job and don’t act like you’re a hassle. State Farm never disappoints! I love the friendly customer service from the entire staff, how much money they have saved my family and me. And especially how Bob always makes the time within his busy schedule to capture pictures of us at multiple events within our community!

Bob and his team do a great job! My parents had their auto and homeowners with State Farm for many years and now I do too.
The staff is always prompt, helpful and answers any questions I may have thoroughly.
