Very nice guy. When I dropped off my carburetors for cleaning and mentioned I don't know much about carburetors he thoroughly explained how they work and what he planned on doing to get them working again.

After the talk about carbs I ended up just talking for a good hour. Felt like talking to a brother.

I can't speak to his actual mechanical fixes but I will speak for the top notch customer service. I called about an issue I was having with my quad, we discussed the issue at length and he inquired about my personal mechanical ability. After that he gave me some ideas and ways to fix what he thought it was and he was spot on. It has never ran better and was a simple fix. Most places would have just said drop it off and we'll take a look then charged a shop rate for a simple 10 minute fix. I know where my quad will go when I have another problem I don't want to mess with.

Mark Hendershot is an Excellent mechanic, he is fair with pricing and works hard to get your toys back to you in record time. Even if it is something simple he will only fix what was broken and not try and sell you lots of unnecessary work. I had a bad spark plug and thought it was something much worse. He called me before I could even get home and told me it was ready to pick up. the bill was only 12 dollars. Good luck getting better service from a dealership.
