Riley at the Service Desk got my problems straightened out with a Verizon Payment made thru The Family Dollar. Excellent Service! A Friend of mine got a Wi-Fi Extender that speeded up the Internet greatly at His Home. Great Service, and I will be returning there for ALL my Phone needs!

Cameron was so very helpful! Nice and great service! my usual guy, Tim was not there so Cam stepped up to the plate! This store has the best service and peeps! I travel 45 minutes out of my way, just to go to this store.

Tim was the best Mobile person I've met with in years. Honest, helpful, clear. Got me the answers I needed to make a great decision. Thanks Tim!

I had a great experience at the Verizon, located in Windham Maine. Tim Miller was my customer rep. He was very friendly, professional and helpful. He listened to my wants and needs and made sure I was satisfied. He went above and beyond. I also noticed that when he was on the phone with Verizon, dealing with my plan. He was very thorough, professional and got the job done. He really took the time and energy to make sure I was happy with my new phone. You just don’t see this anymore. It was refreshing. Shout out to Jerry and Thomas! These guys killed it today and I was so impressed with their ability to collaborate together to help me get the best deal on my upgrades and plan change today! While getting my stuff set up, they clearly knew how to multitask and assist other customers while taking care of internal business needs (like scheduling and time cards). They did these things while also putting in effort to be attentive with me. Thank you guys for taking care of me today and all the other times I’ve been in. You guys define great customer service and I hope this review helps put anything negative to bed. You can’t please everyone in retail, but you guys showed up today. Thank you!

We came in to upgrade my sons phone and Riley took care of us and was a pleasure to deal with. He answered all of our questions, was very professional and got us in and out in a timely manner

Jerry was fantastic and very helpful and patient. I had ordered a new phone online and it was impossible to get support from Verizon or get anyone live on the phone. Their call center always has a message that they are closed and no one live to speak to, it was a nightmare and I could not activate my phone. Going into the store Jerry got everything straightened out. I will only deal with Verizon in person going forward.
