This is the fifth or sixth time we've shopped here over the years. Greg was absolutely fantastic. We loved that he left us so we could just shop around and find what fit best for us. He was very informative and friendly. We will continue giving them our business.

Amazing furniture store/museum. 3 vast floors of name brand furniture. You can almost get lost in here. They have entire rooms of recliners, sofas, dining & bedroom suits. Was impressed by the sales staff knowledge & patience. Plenty of parking. Nice area for restaurants & night life.

After considering a number of options to replace our console twin recliner, and doing some research online, we decided to check out RFG as a benchmark. Glad we did! Just to have the selection in one spot to see, feel, and compare, we ended our search there and then. Happy with selection, price, and the way Jay left us to make our own decision along the way.

Massive selection of many styles of furniture. Nice staff that leaves you to look but checks on you from time to time if you have questions.
Pricing is competitive and although not the cheapest around is in line with most other places. You can get good quality furniture or a step down in quality for a cheaper price.
Bought several pieces from here and return next time.

Great experience dealing with the fine folks at Richmond Furniture Gallery. Any issues and concerns were taken care of by the staff and the delivery guys were very personable and respectful of our home. They were extremely helpful removing our old couch and taking it outside for us since we were not able. We love our new furniture and would definitely recommend this company to friends and family. Normally don't leave reviews, but I felt they went above and beyond and deserved the 5 star reviews. Will be back in the future when we need more furniture! Thanks for everything!

My Wife and I were in search of new Recliners. We shopped on line and two stores prior. I'd like to note that Bulerdick's advertised a 4th of July Sale and yet was Closed on the 4th. ( If your going to have an Independence Day Sale...be Open) The Richmond Furniture Gallery was Open to a reasonable time that very important day. Salesman was extremely helpful and moved chairs around for us. We left with the purchase of our two chairs and a new sofa as well. The delivery was scheduled and the gentleman that brought our furniture were punctual and an hour early. We were very pleased with our sale and service here.

Nice, renovated old building. Be sure to visit the train display on the third floor, although it looks like the train display is being worked on right now.

I had a great experience at Richmond furniture. There was so much selection to choose from, and I found the right furniture in stock and was able to get it delivered that week. I love my new furniture! The sales person, Tina Maple, was non-pressure and allowed me to look around and helped me find what I wanted. Paul Rohe, the sales manager made sure I got a great deal. I would highly recommend going here.

The building is beautiful and you can see the history there. Friendly people. John met us when we walked in, asked us questions if we had been there before. Gave us a little tour and showed us to what we were looking for. Was very helpful during the whole process. Made everything easy! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Great staff and really cool place. It's fun to just be in there. You want to go check them out especially at Christmas time. They have a huge area upstairs full of Christmas stuff and a train for kids to ride! Ask for Greg, he will rock your casbah! He will help comfortize your home!

Friendly employees and I found some excellent pieces for my home.

Richmond Furniture is our "go to" store! We have bought mattresses (excellent value and great deals), a mid-century style couch perfect for our decor, and a wool area rug. Their sales and service are friendly and helpful. Their delivery is right on time. We admire their community focus and our grandson loves their holiday spirit.

3 floors of furniture is a historical building. Furniture for every taste and reasonably priced. There is so much to look at while perusing the furniture. There is a model train set and a small train for kids to ride. Very cool :) They even offered a military discount.

Very large selection of furniture with all different price ranges. Staff was very friendly and did NOT pressure us at all. We will definitely be back.
