I was a mess when I showed up to the clinic yesterday. I was greeted by a very nice and efficient lady at the desk. She was professional, frendly, and welcoming. I was called back for my appointment on time and the tech that weighed me and did my basic preliminary questions was sweet, understanding, and just really awesome. Next, Tammy came in and blew my mind with her incredible ability to comfort me, identify with me, and truly listen to me. I knew she would not let me down and I am glad to have her as my new gp! I loved her! Next, I was swabbed, blood tested, etc by the kindest woman I've met in awhile. I left feeling well taken care of and cared for. Thanks guys!!!

The staff of Baptist health medical group are outstanding. They treat you with compassion, respect, and efficiency. Melanie, Erin, Dr Bacala, and Tammy NP are amazing. Excellent compassionate care.

I loved this office when Tammi was there. The last 6 months or so I cannot get a call back or reply to emails. Twice now I have missed doses of medications because of this. When I do get someone on the phone they don't really listen to what I am saying and then always say, "Well, I'll leave him a note and someone will call you back." But they don't call back. I will be switching as soon as possible!

When I first started going there middle of last year, it was wonderful. Now, the staff push blame off on other people/places when things don’t get done and they tell you conflicting information all the time. Don’t waste your time. Go somewhere else. That’s what I’m going to do now.

If I could give zero stars I would. Failed to contact me that my Dr left the practice. Only way I found out was by calling to make an appointment to see her for medicine. Refused to fill said medicine unless I made an appointment even though I wasn't a new patient.

This place is horrible by far the worse place .. Christopher Thomas by far is the worse nurse practitioner I have ever seen in my life...he tells you how to speak he's knowledge is questionable I think he got hired here because they need help so badly and the nurse Emma very very rude they talk about people all in a huddle gossiping....so these people are hired because of the lack of people to hire
