Panda Express

The food was hot and delicious. The service was great. We had the mushroom chicken, beef n broccoli w/greens and the sweet fire chicken, black peppered chicken with lo mein.
The bathroom was not clean though..😬

The first thing that we noticed was that the store was extremely clean inside. Our order was taken with kindness, and we were served promptly despite it being somewhat busy. The food was hot and tasted fresh. We enjoyed dining in the peaceful atmosphere and had a great experience. The dishes we had and recommend are Teriyaki Chicken, Walnut Shrimp, Orange Chicken, and Beijing Beef.

I came through the drive through on 9/22 and I was accidentally given the wrong food. I didn't notice until I had went all the way home. I called and spoken to the manager and she let me know if I came in with my receipt she would replace my food within 2weeks only. I came in today and she kept her word and understood and apologized. Thank you to the manager and the staff was super understanding, polite also kind about it!

This location is on the lighter side when it comes to being busy. It makes it easier to get what you like when seeking a great meal. The food has been fresh most of the times I’ve gone to this location. The staff are friendly as well. I traveled from Mishawaka Panda Express to this location because I knew the staff, food quality and amount of foot traffic were way better.

I have a medical condition that limits my diet to the extreme, but I love your food. So I order the only thing left I can eat, white rice and your cooked/teriyaki chicken (I can't eat the sauce sadly). I have let some of the staff know and they always go above and beyond making my plate.

A woman that worked there was on lunch I just asked if I went to the register for my pre-order so she got right up and checked. It was ready so she prepared it for me on the spot and earned herself a tip and I expressed how thankful I was for her hardwork and apologized for interrupting her lunch!!!

Drive through was packed but well managed, wait time not bad. Food was great, equal amount of veggies and meat. The staff was hustling to meet the demands of the guest. The staff was polite, friendly and accommodating. It looked like they could use more help , however they were doing a good job with the staff on hand. Definitely going back!

Went through the drive thru at 6pm on a Friday- amazingly quick service and very friendly staff. It seemed much fresher than the food sometimes is at other Panda's. Overall great fast food experience.

Amazing!!! This Panda Express was a perfect visit. I was driving cross country and was craving some Panda Express. This location was the closest. I'm glad I stopped. I ordered two meals and they were low on some of the chicken. So it was a wait for the fresh to be made. I choose to wait. They gave me s drink on the house for my wait. Definitely a plus for that. The wait wasn't long and they were quick about everything. Tasted great and will definitely swing in on my way through. Thanks for your amazing service with a smile.

This particular Panda Express location (Ireland rd. South Bend) is my favorite local Panda.🐼 The service, wait time & food quality & quantity are so much better than the Mishawaka location. I live closer to the Mishawaka Panda, but I always drive a little bit further for the Ireland rd Panda.💖 The food is always so good, no matter what you get. Highly recommend!😊🤘

It was good and fast if you walk in . Not a complaint just an observation that all the employees were parked close to the door so it looked full when it wasn't they should park in the back so that costumers don't think it's full and decide to go somewhere else

I received decent portions, my food had just been made, and was hot! There were a few people ahead of me, but the line moved quickly.

No complaints...except for my fried rice is a bit smooshy, and they skimped on my meat today. But I still gave them a 5 star for moving their drive thru quickly.

Was very good, staff were friendly and helpful, person came by to make sure everything was ok. Restaurant was clean and nice
