Mortenson Family Dental

I always have a great experience there. Everyone is so friendly and nice and they are gentle when working on my teeth. They also do a good job of checking in with me during my cleaning to make sure I am alright. I recently didn't show to an appointment or call to let them know I was going to miss and when I finally got in touch with them I didn't have issues getting another appointment.

I honestly had a lot of apprehension going in to my appointment today. I have some mystery nerve issues that make the local anesthesia hurt and seem hard to get in effectively.

However, Payton was so sweet and receptive when I told her about my nervousness and communicated that to Dr. Dean who seemed confident in beingj able to do the work needed easily.

She was friendly and was able to place the local anesthesia without any issues and put enough to where it was very effective. It didn't feel like enough time because I hardly felt the needle versus many other experiences I've had. She was done with her work before I thought she really got started!

Payton must have read my chart about sensitivity to cold water and air because she made sure to not aim directly on my teeth for any of the suctioning, rinsing, blowing in my mouth. I generally just mention it and then bear it out as it's always ignored. Today, though, was wonderful and it was nice to not be clutching the arms of the chair to keep from hitting the ceiling &/or crying.

Dr. Dean and Payton are very talented and caring professionals. Thank you both so much!!!!

Did not have to wait past my appointment time to be called back... They actually took me early. My hygienist and the girls up front were extremely nice.

My hubby had to get a tooth taken care of that had a really bad abscess his appointment was a little lengthy of a wait (3wks) but once we got there we were in there and he was done in just a few minutes he said it's the best experience he could have ever dreamed of. He's only been to the dentist a couple times in his life both times was a terrible experience so thank you for being so wonderful to him. He was feeling better the same day;!!

My son and I both got to Mortenson and we both love it. The ladies are amazing and have been nothing short of wonderful with both of us! The work they do is exceptional and I recommend them to anyone in my town who has to travel to an out of town dentist for insurance reasons. I wish there was a Mortenson in Madison!

Very professional and customer oriented! They even looked at my insurance and determined that I could have more services performed without a copay. My dental hygienist was the best I have had in over 40 years..

These people are the best. Nobody likes going to the dentist, but after a molar extraction I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Calm, informative and professional and do not take you to the bank. Thank you Dr. Wilson!

My daughter was just there as a new patient and they were outstanding. Kept us informed and let us know what needed to be done on the next visits.

They didn't have me on the schedule but they got me in anyway. They were so nice at the front desk. Then went I go to see the dentist, she was even more nicer and explained my 2 choices. I'm glad I came back and they had a dentist.
