This Holiday Inn is exceptional. The staff is so kindhearted and accommodating. The rooms are well maintained, the breakfasts are amazing. If you happen to be served by Jada @ Front Desk & Abyss in the restaurant, You're in for the best customer service with a smile. Great hotel across the board.

Shout out to Jack for a quick check in. The rooms are comfortable, the beds soft and the pillows don't flatten to nothing! Nice hot showers and good light in the bathrooms. Even a real closet. Like staying here.

I keep coming back here for the consistent high standards and exceptional customer service. I would like to specifically mention Roman and Heidi for making my stay as comfortable as possible. Will continue to return to this establishment for my business stays. Keep up the great work!

My stay here this past week has been great! Don’t agree with the negative comments as my experience has been very professional. The food at the restaurant is very good also. Will be back soon as the staff, room cleanliness etc…is great!

This hotel is conveniently located about 10 minutes from downtown Crystal Lake and about an hour from downtown Chicago.

The people here are awesome. They deal with some pretty terrible patrons but always handle it calmly and with professionalism. I can’t commend the team enough.

The food and drink at the bar is excellent, as are the bartenders.

The beds are comfortable and don’t squeak. Shower heads aren’t my favorite but get the job done. I’ve stayed here off and on for 5+ months and this hotel is excellent for business travelers.

We used this hotel as gathering place for family wedding. The highlite of our stay was the service we received from the buffet staff and bar staff. In particular, Silvino and the folks working with him. They took extra time to make sure we had what we needed for a breakfast gathering on the Sunday after the wedding. The rooms are good and comfortable, but again the customer service exceeded our expectations!

Love this place. Jack at the Front Desk was very helpful and friendly. This is the place to stay for a great mid-west welcome!
