They were extremely helpful. I believe her name was Emily. Not a hundred percent sure but that's name on my receipt. I had hard time finding a collar that would fit my puggle. But her help me find the right one.

I was a little afraid for an experience that had already happened to me in another place with my poodle because they cut her hair horrible but I got a great experience, I chose the VIP package, I only asked to have her hair cut from her face, paws and intimate part and my girl came out spectacular and with a very rich smell.

They are always so pleasant and willing to help. Also this store the majority of the time has the food I need for my cat. He only will eat Fancy Feast Savory Centers and this store has the cases in stock.

This store does the best it can. I do have some instances here and there but for the most part they do pretty well. Paul is great, also helpful, remembers you and your pets!! It’s nice to know someone cares

Always clean and super friendly employees. They love seeing Krypto, the super dog, come in for a visit and treats!

Kelly Gibbs is a fantastic groomer!! She takes great care of your dog and makes sure they look their best when they leave! My Shiloh boy looks amazing and loves her!

Wonderful customer service and everyone always has their pets on a leash. Safe and fun shopping. Plenty of parking.

Small pet shop, efficiently run, not a lot of bells and whistles, they do have a nice grooming station. Really the only store like this in the area unless you head out to Gurnee Mills, especially since Happy Land pet store burned down several years back. They usually have what you need when you go, friendly staff, I get a kick out of Sylvia, she's a riot. Here is a hint, if there's a bunch of carts outside and you bring them in, they usually give you a discount on your purchase.

Stephanie (manager) is so knowledgeable, friendly, and super helpful, as was her entire staff!!! A superb customer service experience! Kudos to whole store. I've been shopping here for years, but hadn't been there since before this covid pandemic.
Yesterday, I was reminded how much I enjoy bringing my furry child, Esther, to the store with me and was literally blown away by the countless healthy dog food options that are now available. And to boot, this location sells giant, plush, squeaky meatsticks there that are more than twice Esther's size!🤯🤣

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with this store and the staff at this location. They are extremely knowledgeable and they work hard, going above and beyond to help you with your needs. Special shout-out to staff member Manny, and store manager, Paul, for helping me with my fish aquarium set up & issues. They were both so kind, patient, and helpful, assisting me with every inquiry & transaction.

Pet Supplies Plus is a superior source for all sorts of pet supplies. I won't name names, but the big competitors don't measure up in selection or price. The to-your-door delivery started with Covid-19, but continues to be our favored way to get supplies. Ordinarily, that means same day delivery. Plus, the staff are very nice and helpful.

Love this store. I always find lots of deals and the customer service here is AMAZING. I love the self dog wash but have had my dogs serviced here and they are amazing people who work here. Its my favorite pet store in the area.
