Wonderful facility that has all the accessories for rent to move or transfer your equipment. Tow hitches and accessories available. Reservations are best to make sure vehicle or trailer rentals are available. On the spot rentals are fine but limited selection. Plenty of parking.

Had no issues renting the 10 foot truck. Paperwork went smooth and the Manager (Carl) was super great to work with despite the U-haul computers down. I would definitely rent from them again. Just a note...try and complete as much paperwork on the U-Haul app....I do believe it saves everyone a lot of time.

I rented two U-BOX last June 2019 to transport my things from Illinois to Washington State. The Manager and two other staff were very helpful in U-Haul Grand Avenue, Gurnee Illinois. They explained everything and you can feel that they are really willing to help. They gave me a lot of options to choose from. I can only remember one name which is Steve, but the three guys were great. I already received my boxes and everything is okay. I only paid around $1,800 which is cheap compared to other company. I was able to bring almost all my stuff and we live in a two bedroom apartment. I will surely recommend this branch.

This place is great. New, well run, helpful staff. I rented and shipped a U-box. Fast and efficient. In and out with trailer hooked up in under 10 minutes. Never had a better U-Haul experience.

Much more reasonably priced than truck rental at Home Depot. Uhaul is my go-to place from now on when in need of a hauling.

Uhaul Gurnee installed a hitch on my Range Rover. Carl the manager was really great. Installation was excellent and I would recommend this Uhaul to anybody. The prices were pretty good too.

Come in from out of town and need a last-minute rental I called one store and the store got me a reservation through another store and saved my life that day. They are great group of gentlemen very professional
