I absolutely loved my service at Mario! This is my first time getting a manicure and a pedicure at this location. And this very talented and super sweet Mongolian lady did these! (I’m so sorry I forgot her name!) she listened to all my concerns and even glued back parts of my natural nails that were broken and helped make them super strong again. My nails are very long for natural nails, and I fully trusted her as she was so very kind and again, listened to and suggested things to help. I will be back for her again, she was the best! 🩷

My experience with Riley today was better than some of the most premium salons in downtown Chicago.

I had not gotten my proper haircut in 2 years because of some bad experiences, Riley really listened to what I was looking for and made sure we got the result and look that I was aiming for.

She was very gentle on my hair during the blowout and the cut (I have curly textured dryer hair). And she gave me a lot of valuable insight into styling to keep my hair healthy. She also kept my length and didn’t go too short! I wanted to take out the time to write a review for her because her experience and knowledge was great, and the way she cut and styled my hair really blew me away.

I’m relieved to have found an amazing hairstylist that I can trust!

My Esthetician was Andrea at the Crystal Lake location. She is the absolute best! Friendly, knowledgeable and warm. She is THE reason I go to to Mario’s! Thank you to Andrea for suggesting things specific to my skin and for keeping me looking young!

I feel welcome and relaxed when I go to Tricoci. The front desk staff are always friendly and professional, and I know Brynn will deliver an exceptionally beautiful haircut each and every time. She is my all-time favorite stylist. I get so many compliments for my hair and I always tell them about her.

Kim was great! She talked to me in depth about skin care and what would benefit my skin. My facial was relaxing and my skin feels and looks amazing! Will definitely request Kim again next time!

My bridesmaids and I got our hair and make-up done here 10/01/22. I would have to say that out of the other wedding prep experiences I have had, this was my favorite. I could be biased because it was my wedding day, but everything just went so smoothly and everyone came out looking amazing! We got to wait in the spa area for our appointments while we nibbled on some snacks we brought. Our make-up artist Stephanie was super friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. She did all of our make-up and informed us about everything she was using. I even got my own custom lip color which I look forward to wearing on future date nights! I usually go to Kelsey to get my haircut because she’s just so gosh darn friendly. She was able to get my hair absolutely perfect for my big day and I couldn’t be happier!

Monica gave me a perfect brow wax! She is fantastic and very talented.

Chloe and Riley are THE best! No one but Chloe colors my hair. She always nails my vivid colors and helps advise me how to maintain it best. Riley is the sweetest and every time I see her she nails my vision for my cut. Can’t recommend the two of them enough!!!

I had a massage with Trish and she is absolutely amazing! I highly recommend her. She makes sure you tell her what’s needed and how you’re doing before she starts and checks in throughout the massage!

Rezehana was so nice and
professional. My pedicure is gorgeous and perfect for my wedding.

Got my hair colored with Melissa and cut with Riley and I had such an incredible experience. Melissa did a fantastic job giving me the exact color and look I was going for. She was quick with getting my hair colored and was so kind and fun to chat with. Riley styled and cut my hair exactly as I wanted as well and I was able to leave the salon feeling like a whole new person! I’ve had such bad experiences in the past getting my hair cut/colored, yet I was able to leave here confident and feeling beautiful. Will definitely be coming back!

I got a massage from Trish that was absolutely fantastic! She was very friendly and helped work out some knots in my back that were causing me pain. I look forward to going back. Thank you Trish!!

Just had an awesome massage with Justin. He took the time to address any issues I was having after being injured and relieved a headache I had for two days instantly. He truly is amazing at what he does and made me feel comfortable and at ease. I left the salon feeling 100% better!!

I have very curly hair and in 45 minutes, Anthony washed, conditioned, cut and blow dried straight my hair. I showed him one picture of how I wanted it cut and he replicated it perfectly. It was a great experience in the salon and all the staff are so friendly.

Mario’s is my GO TO spot! I love my hair every time i leave there! Miranda has been cutting my hair for 5 plus years now and Chole colors it just as great! Very talented girls and always the best service!

Trish is a godsend with her absolutely divine hands! My body’s health has improved so much since our massage therapy sessions!

Go see Justin for a massage. I've been getting massages for years and I definitely rank him in the top two. I had a few massages before a 3 day sports competition. The massages definitely helped me perform better at the event. Thank you for taking the time to address my specific issues and focus on the areas that needed the most work.
