Advocate Outpatient Center

I enjoyed my visit with this doctor. I waited too long to go in, because I really don't like going to the doctor. She made me feel very comfortable, and I felt like I could go back there again without waiting so long next time. She was very helpful and was quick to get me treated and on my way! I would definitely go back again!

Dr Chu was recommended by my former Primary and although somewhat hesitant at starting with a new Dr after many years, I have to say that I was extremely impressed with Dr Chu and her nurse Catherine from our very first meeting. Everyone at this new location is pleasant and helpful.

The facility is clean. The staff is very kind and helpful. The provider I saw was thorough and listened to my concerns. I changed over to Advocate from Duly and have been happy with the care I have received so far.

Dr. Chu is an exceptional physician in every respect. She is professional and also caring and congenial. She is always prompt and takes the time to explain all of my medical test results and to answer all of my questions thoroughly and clearly. She also responds promptly and completely to my submitted LiveWell questions. I am most fortunate to have Dr. Catherine Chu as my primary physician; Advocate Medical Group is most fortunate to have her on its staff!!!

Agreed to everything Ramy said - Very clean center and Dr. Chu is a great listener and very respectful. Also, the facility is new, front desk ladies are nice, and the wait time was less than what I expected - possibly because it was early morning.

I have had nothing but terrible experiences at Doctors offices lately. These guys were the opposite. Great medical facility! Highly recommend!

I waited for over 1 hour in a nearly empty lobby for a scheduled appointment. Nurse was rude and didn't listen. Doctor refused refill of medications for treatments I have been taking for the past decade. Go to CDH for good Healthcare.
