Great place to take your car for any issues. Instructions, explanation and prices were very clear. Been going to Tim for some time now, so far so good. Nice bright office and love the “txt e-way” of seeing what work will be done, very nice, efficient and smooth transaction. Tim always answers any questions and comes out to personally discuss any findings. Stress free for me and my car is running like a charm it’s a win win for all.

Got engine light on but they found immediately what causing replace entire manifold intake which is a bit price but fairly priced and shows all parts very honestly I can trust them.. Great service and very reasonable cost. Thx Tim and team for the service I am satisfied.

I was referred to Tim at Pinnacle automotive by A-Len because of the issue with my truck. Tim replaced the timing chain. About 3 months later the timing chain broke and ruined the engine. Tim was able to get my engine replaced with a brand new engine from Ford, under warranty for the timing chain. As your can imagine, I'll be coming back to Pinnacle for all my automotive work. It's hard to find honest and trustworthy mechanics like this anymore.

Tim and Alice were both very professional and courteous. They got my car in at a very timely manner during the holiday season. They walked me through the repair process and even offered an alternative and a more affordable option, letting me know that just a part and not the entire lower control arm needed to be replaced. Both were also very patient with my questions and honest.

Last week I took one of my cars to Pinnacle Automotive for service. I decided to go there because of all the positive reviews. I was very pleased with the work that was done and I thought the pricing was reasonable. My impression was that the people who work there are straightforward and trustworthy. I will continue to give Pinnacle Automotive my business.

This is my first time visit to this store. I found it based on the 5.0 rating from 200+ Google reviews. My experience proved that they really deserve the rating. I have a 25-year-old minivan with a recent engine oil leak. To solve the problem thoroughly, the gasket of oil pan needs to be replaced. The gasket itself is not very expensive, but the labor cost is much higher than the gasket because it takes much work to access and take out the oil pan. The total estimate is pretty high relative to the cost of the vehicle itself. I talked to Tim and found out an easy pragmatic way to stop the leak from outside without taking out the oil pan and replacing the gasket. The second option is $400+ cheaper. So I picked the second option. When I picked up the car, they found out that their technician already replaced the gasket. They still charged me the price of the second option. In addition, they found another problem resulted from a recent repair in another merchant. They are honest, trust-worthy, courteous, and professional, and their technical skills are versatile and accountable. I will go to them again whenever I have a need for vehicle maintenance and repair. I highly recommend them to anyone.

After being told by the car dealership that my vehicle needed expensive repair work, I decided to get estimates from some local auto shops. Tim from Pinnacle was very responsive to all of my online communications and quickly provided a competitive and comprehensive quote (including a break out of line items for parts, labor, fees and taxes) — all for about $700 less than the dealership’s estimate. The entire process was hassle-free, as they ordered the parts, got me scheduled for an appointment, and completed the work all within a few days of receiving the initial quote. Everyone at the shop was professional and courteous, and you can tell they really care about their customer service. My overall experience with Pinnacle was excellent.

Pinnacle was highly recommended at Nextdoor by muleiple people so I gave them a shot and was pleased with their service. Went there again a year later after getting an estimate from another place. Pinnacle rep was honest and estimated the repair $200 cheaper. They recommended a couple of additional maintenance items based on almost 140K miles on the car. They were not pushy at all. Highly recommend this place.

Make an appt., bring your car in, they give you an estimate if that's what you want, they explain what they do before they do it and they fix your auto. Simple, straight forward and good work at reasonable prices. Very happy with Pinnacle Automotive.

I've gone to Pinnacle for many years. Great people to work with. This is the place to go for auto problems. They deal with honest local tow companies, so, if you are stranded in a parking lot, they will handle everything. Pinnacle is not the cheapest, but very reliable. You get what you pay for. I'm always satisfied, when I need a Good mechanic.

I have been to many automotive repair shops, this one is by far the best! The owner is always helpful and very honest, he cared about getting my car repaired. This is now my second time of returning to the shop and I will not go to any other shop. They take time to explain the problem and how they will repair and correct the issue. I have to say they have been wonderful to me. I told my family and friends if they're looking for honest automotive repair shop this is the one, you need not look any further. I only take my cars here now. It's not even close to my house, but after years of taking my cars elsewhere and being ripped off, I found this place and they have saved my butt a few times already. I highly recommend.
