Edward-Elmhurst Health Center - Hobson

My service at the Hobson Clinic for Women included a Dexa Scan and Mammogram. Both technicians were friendly, professional, and caring. I have gone to this facility for many, many years bc it is close to my home. I will continue to do so.

A very good experience, start to finish. There was no wait time in the reception area and I was seen for my second appointment immediately after my first. (Mammogram, then bone density imaging.) Everyone was pleasant and professional and the office/facility was clean. The location is also in a convenient location.

The front desk person was courteous and my technician was clearly knowledgeable, highly experienced, informative and a kind person with whom I had good conversation during the procedure. I'd highly recommend this health center.

My recent testing at Edward Hospital facility at Hobson Rd. was done very promptly and efficiently. The receptionist was helpful and the technician (Robyn) was kind and thoughtful, explaining the procedure and any follow-up tests that might be necessary. I received my follow up report the same day.
I have received treatment at this facility and others in the Edward group for a number of years now and am always very satisfied with their service.

I had my annual mammogram at the Hobson clinic. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. The mammogram tech, Robyn, was phenomenal! She embodies caring, service, and professional knowledge. She made a rather uncomfortable exam comfortable. Thank you.

I had to wait a month to go to this location but it is always quick in and out ! My appointment got cancelled in July because the machine was broken. Still happy they have this spot.

My mamogram visit was quick, professional yet thorough. I was able to complete it on my lunch hour. The technician could not have been nicer.

Excellent experience in every regard! Beautiful hospital, beautiful offices, excellent, efficient staff. Very easy to get my appointment scheduled, the actual appointment, seeing the doctor, Dr. Hiam Eldewek, one of the absolute best, having blood work done, all of it was stress free. I don't plan to go anywhere else for my health care needs!

Check in easy takes a few minutes. Few minutes later your called in no time your done . Every is so nice very respectful. I've been going here for many long yrs and had no issues. You always feel very welcomed which is great.

Quick & easy to get appointment. Easy to find parking. Everyone in office was very polite and accommodating. Especially Barbara the Dexa-scan tech. She has also done my Mammograms for years as well. Very sweet, knowledgeable & professional. Keeps me coming to this facility year after year.

My service was warm and professional on the 2 appointments. I cancelled an appointment the same day they took my co-pay 9/3. On 9/13 called to find out when my money was to be replaced, was told by Friday the 17th I should see it, reason it takes 15 days to process and was told to call if I didn’t see it. I called Monday the 20th and was told it takes up to 30 days to replace visa payments I find unacceptable for that no stars

They were very pleasant and efficient. I really liked the woman at the front desk and the woman scanning/x-raying (is that a word?) I would recommend them to my friends, neighbors and coworkers.
