Visited to get tools for my work. Professional and helpful staff

We had a return only but was impressed with the short visit regardless. There were two cashiers working with two people and it was taking a while but had no issues with waiting but the manager came over and opened up the third register to take care of us because he noticed us waiting for a while. Not a large gesture but could tell that he cares about his job and store as he was running around the whole time prior to helping us. Will go back just to keep supporting that location

I’ve always been treated with kindness and helpful staff at this location. I check the instant savings, 20% off coupons and always find some great deals. There are times I’ve purchased an item and the next day it was on sale. With proof of purchase and receipt, they’ve given me the difference. I even received a free hanging magnetic flashlight! Great service and staff!

Had a great experience with the store manager on Memorial Day. It was super busy in the store but he took the time to help my fiancé and I get what we needed. He even checked us out and helped us load our items. For it being such a busy day, he was very pleasant and patient. Would highly recommend this store to others.

Very nice store. Spacious and easy to get around. I like the service counter in middle of store. Doug at service counter was helpful.

Why pay high prices elsewhere, when you can get great quality tools for a fraction of the cost. If you really want to save money, I highly recommend Habor Freight Tools.

Great selection of tools keep in mind you get what you pay for so always get the premium tools they they have an awesome washing system all kinds of stuff for your diesel truck your rig. The manager Tony is the best he'll even look for something if you call up make sure they have it in stock !!!

One of my favorite store for tools. I shopping from their since 2003. I think the price is very reasonable. The tools are little bit rough but never get damaged from work. I hear many people complain about the tools get easy damaged. I have mitter saw, drill, angle grinder and many more havily used since 2003 and still working fine.

Got a set of star point bit set for 9.99 regular price but since I'm a got the membership it cost me 6.99 with life time warranty (one piece cost me 4.99 at Menards and it broke on me, got a second one broke again. Going back to Menards and check the warranty)

Bought a Mechanic's Cart. They got one from the back right away. The manager and an employee walked out through the parking lot so I wouldn't have to move my van to the front of the store. Everyone greeted me with a smile. Excellent customer service!

Great prices. Keep in mind you get what you pay for. Most of the stuff will get the job done here, there are some REALLY good finds/deals, and others are worth buying the more expensive stuff for the quality.
Example: I bought their cable finder. Works as it should, and gets the job done. Great buy, great deal! Their wore strippers on the other hand, go for Kleins brand. They are more expensive but worth the buy.
Know what your looking for, know what you're buying. All in all, I can spend hours in the store.
The kicker?!? They always have awesome coupons and free stuff with any purchase!!

Love this place quality tools and service. Just like snap-on Mac tools just like Craftsman if you want breaks all you have to do is bring it back in and they replace it as long as his Pittsburgh brandI've got over $3,000 worth of tools from this place and I have not one complaint about they are long lasting tools and they do the job and they do last I've had my tools for I don't know how many years for as long as I can remember when harbor freight first opened up here in AuroraI've been by mall my hand tools and tools they're not one complaint very very satisfied

They have good tools for Weekend Warriors. I'm an electrician and buy my tools there that I work on my car with. I would never buy any electrical tools from there because I'm a professional. I need the very high quality tools only certain other companies can provide.
