Great hotel when visiting the area, Close to interstate and all Schaumburg has to offer. Great Pool/ hot tub area! Lobby bar is very reasonable priced and great service! Will def be back!

Great hotel! Rooms are clean, everything is pretty nice. Breakfast is good, the grounds and pools are beautiful. There is a washer dryer you can use on the first floor. I was here for work for two weeks. It's a lovely place.

I love having breakfast at this hotel because Lorenzo the waiter is always so kind and professional ! He really makes you happy in the morning with his service and kindness.

Arrived with the family. Had a reservation through the hotel front desk. Diana the front desk supervisor greeted and acknowledged us as we arrived. She was very pleasant and professional. The hotel and room was fantastic! Again Diana and crew made it great!! Always attentive to our needs. Its employees as Diana and crew that have you coming back. Great job! Will be back..

The M Lounge was so relaxing! It's large with plenty nooks and crannies to get any work done or to simply kick back and enjoy yourself.

Overall our stay was good. The rooms seem older and need updating, but were comfortable. The lobby staff were friendly, helpful and pleasant. The food and drinks were both good.

The location is excellent in terms of restaurants, O'Hare, etc. A former employee told me they spent $35 million renovating the hotel in 2019 and, in many ways, it does look brand-new. The service at the bar and restaurant is awesome. The van shuttle guy is also cool. Quiet property except my room on floor 9 had a constant, significant mechanical vibration hum you could only feel lying down on the bed, but not hear when standing up. Not a huge deal but if you sleep lightly beware that noise and vibration. (Couldn't identify the source.) Oh, and Frankicense soap! :-) That was a first for me.

Fantastic stay. This Marriott is well run and well maintained. Rooms are very clean and up to date. Plenty of parking at a convenient location. Lounge was open during weekend for peace and quiet. Weekday lounge staff very attentive and professional. Restaurant staff also very professional. Fitness center and pool located on first floor, lobby is on the second. I really like this layout. Front desk staff at check in was new, but had it all together with a warm greeting and speedy check-in. This Marriott is a must stay when in the area.

5 stars! This hotel is awesome. The staff were really friendly (I especially appreciated the doorman, he remembered me and made me feel welcome and helped me with my luggage trolley). The room was amazing (overlooked pretty wooded area behind the hotel - had a view of the outdoor pool). The bed was so comfortable and the linens were lux. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were clean and the water temps were excellent (and the hot tub was hot - yay). Everything was lovely. I visit my brother who lives in the area a few times a year (and also use it as an opportunity to have a little getaway treat for myself). I will be booking here from now on. It was so relaxing. I'm already looking forward to my next stay. :)

Chicago Marriott hosted my wedding reception and everything was absolutely amazing! Michelle was the coordinator and she is on top of everything and let me know the itinerary, decorations, etc. She is awesome to work with and 10/10 would work with her again! I docked one star off the rooms just because we were in a King Suite but the walls and ceilings looked a bit water damage. Nothing that affected us at all just appearance wise.

Wow wow wow! Humberto, Adolfo and Andres in the bar deserve the absolute best recognition possible! I came in for one night after flying in from Seattle and they truly made me feel like a VIP.

Adolfo makes the best espresso martini I HAVE EVER HAD! I came twice that night and the only suggestion I have is to let your guys do their job. There was what looked like a micromanager who couldn't pour a beer following them and that was a bit disappointing. Other than that, great location, comfy beds, but BEST OF ALL were the drinks! Cheers! 11/10 recommend!

Cant speak for rooms - but had baby shower in outdoor tent and was amazing!! service is the best and the event coordinator Michelle Andrea WAS THE BEST!! She literally accommodated and made everything happen whenever something went wrong she was there to help. Also the workers there (can't remember the name) was very helpful with organizing the setup and tables when we needed changes. Overall 10/10 experience with event venue and staff

This was a great hotel. Everything was super nice. Pool was huge and decently warm. Spa (hot tub) was a little underwhelming with the jets but still nice. Bathroom attached to the pool area was nice, with showers and kept clean.
Gym was large with a good selection of equipment.
Room was very nice, bathroom a little small but still nice and updated.
Bar was decent. Food was delicious. Ordered a pizza and chicken quesadilla, both were hit and tasted fresh with good flavor.

Code of conduct policy when arriving was GREAT. Love seeing them take steps to make sure everyone understands hotel etiquette.

We have a great stay in here, because there staff mostly Alonso if I am not mistaken, he really did help our stay here comfortable. Just some complaints about your bathroom we wish you have enough bathroom with the walk in showers without bathtub. We always go to BONVOY in different country but always the same problem luck of walk in shower.
Anyways we have a good days stay to your place. Thank you for accommodating us. We hope to our next stay we can avail the room with the walk in shower.

Spent the weekend here as a staycation with the honey. The check in was kinda unprofessional but when we spoke to the Manager. He took care of us and the remainder of our stay was top notch. The bar area was nice and cozy. The buffet continental breakfast was great. Many options. The hotel itself was kept very clean. The pool and hot tub was nice and big. We will be returning in the future.

We loved staying there. The pools were anazing. All of the staff were very helpful. They let us know there was a shuttle to take us to local restaurants and Woodfield Mall. Lots of nooks to sit and relax. If you use the M lounge it's huge and the staff was friendly. Will definitely go back.

Elizabeth, the manager, is amazing at troubleshooting any and all issues that come up for guests. Thank you!
