I have known Mike Geigel, the owner of Never Ending Cycles for several years.
He is a knowledgeable bike mechanic, and he keeps abreast of the latest trends in bicycle technology.
The store has a large selection of bikes and accessories, and is my "go to" store.

Mike performed warranty work on my kids specialized bike. Quick and good service. I would highly recommend them and I am extremely picky when it comes to getting things serviced.

Never Ending Cycles is a great shop to bring your bike to for any repairs. Mike and his team are nice, understanding and knowledgeable about any issues you might be experiencing. Never Ending Cycles is very upfront about pricing for service, and they have a quick turnaround with getting your bike back to you. They have great hours and are open 7 days a week, which is really nice.

Recently I broke the crank on my bike and needed a replacement as quickly as possible due to a planned trip. Never Ending Cycles went above and beyond to locate and obtain the replacement part and install it without any inconvenience to my plans. This was a minor miracle because I broke my crank at 5 pm on July 3rd and Mike and his team had my bike repaired and back to me by 4 pm on July 6th. (After calling me to confirm overnight shipping)

My bike was well overdue for a tune-up. I dropped it off on a Saturday, and it was ready to pick up in just a few hours. It’s now riding smoother than ever. I got a tune-up, new seat, and a new chain, and it was super affordable. Highly recommend this shop!

The reviews don’t lie, these guys are awesome! Needed my brake line bleed (rear only) as well as tune up. Wasn’t expecting to get my bike same day. Dropped off at 3:30pm, received a call by 4:50pm to come pick up. Went for a test drive, bike shift smoothly and brakes are great! Recommend this shop, go check them out.

This is a FANTASTIC bike shop. I took my two Trek bikes and an ElliptiGO in for inspection and tune-ups. They did a fabulous job and delivered everything to my house the very next day! Their pricing is more than fair. THANK YOU MIKE - I will be back.

Mike is the absolute best bike expert around. He is friendly and so knowledgable. He will also fix any issue on your new bike for the first year! He also offers layaway, so you can get in that fancy new bike you have been wanting. I will never go to another bike shop again.

Came in after expertly over-inflating my 6-yr old daughters ice-cream bike to the point of popping the tire! Thankfully these guys literally had me in and out in a matter of MINUTES. New inner tube in place and ready to hit the pavement again! Awesome job, quick and efficient (even straightened the front tire where it was hitting the brakes).

Ten stars! When Bike Connection went under due to rising rents in Schaumburg I migrated west on the advice of a fellow cyclist. The service here is very direct, but also fair and reasonably priced. They'll tell you when the cost for parts/labor will exceed the price of simply getting a new bike, and a handful of times I've taken them up on the offer. A great partner in the suburbs for those who want a good selection of bikes and dedicated focus to bikes.
