Holiday Inn Chicago - Schaumburg

My employer corporate head quarters is in this area. I have stayed at several of the hotels in the area. This is the best overall. I have spent 20 weeks here in the last 18 months. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The beds are comfy and clean. The food at the bar is pretty good. Book with confidence!

Started my stay at a different Holiday inn and it was awful. Moved to this Holiday Inn and it was like night and day. The rooms are great. The facilities are great. But the Staff was outstanding. Everyone was pleasant too deal with. Especially Rich. Greeted me everyday with a smile and a laugh. I will definitely be staying here when my business brings me this way. Only complaint is no microwave in the room. Besides that. Top notch spot and employees

I honestly didn't stay here. I made a stop here to use their facilities. I asked the young man if I can use the lobby bathroom and if I can use the corner of the lobby to perform one of my daily prayers. He was incredible. He said "Of Course". I wish I got his name. He was the African American gentleman. Just want to say thank you brother. May God protect you and your family.

Where do I begin, from Rich at the front desk with his AWESOME custom service and always had a smile on his face( give him a raise!). To Chris who was our bartender, loved talking with him about all the Greek pastries and food that we both liked!
To Andrew, who shared our love of baseball and gave us many tips about going to a Cubs game⚾.
Would definitely stay here again.

To say this place exceeded expectations is an understatement. Rich at the front desk is absolutely amazing. It’s very hard to find someone that is as passionate about his work as he is. From welcoming us back every night, checking on us as we sat around the fire, to even walking outside with me at night so I would feel more comfortable. Would highly recommend this to anyone traveling around the Schaumburg/Chicago area.

This is one of the greatest experiences I have ever had at a hotel and it's because of one reason RICH RICH RICH!. The front desk guy RICH had great energy was helpful and always made me feel welcomed. To say he went above and beyond would be an understatement, he truly made the experience here tremendous.

Rich, the front desk gentleman!!!!! He took care of my entire team. For an entire week he went above and beyond the entire time to make we were comfortable & had everything we needed! He even took his own time to walk our teammate outside to make sure she was okay. Way above par!

Employees are all polite and Professional. Rich did a wonderful job taking care of me at the front desk. I will stay here again because I liked it so much

Rich, was the best most amazing guy. I've never had such a great experience. He's always so friendly and charismatic. He's the epitome of customer service.

Only complaint I have is pool was ice cold and hot tub jets didn't work but was still hot. The rooms were clean and beautiful and the staff were amazing. Oddly it was better than the Hilton I had stayed at in st Louis for half the price! Loved my stay.

I came out here for business, staying for 4 nights. It has been a great experience. Staff has been great. The food I had in the restaurant has all been good, breakfast and dinner. Rich was at the front desk two of the evenings and I felt the need to shout him out specifically as he always seemed to be in a good mood and pleasant yo everyone that came by no matter if I came by near the beginning of his shift or near the end. He’s definitely someone you want to have at your front desk and I wanted to make sure he gets acknowledged. I definitely recommend this location and will choose here when I’m in the area for work again.

Another wonderful stay!! The staff is always very pleasant! Gerry, in the lounge, is a wealth of knowledge and ALWAYS willing to make our stay excellent! Food is excellent as well... love the clean rooms and their TV remotes are the easy wipe ones. Highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed.

Man rich made my stay perfect! This man honestly needs a raise or some sort of gratification! He had helped call my coworkers down and notified them of dinner time when our food arrived and has been more than respectful to us! He has went above and beyond! I definitely will recommend this location to many more people! And I will definitely be back to stay more!

Ay shoutout to the Front desk security man he know who he is 💯 and my man Charles at the bar they make it a real great place to stay.

Second time this month already and both times great experience shower was great water pressure and rooms as always clean as can be love staying at this place

I visit different hotels in the Schaumburg area. This is one of the most beautiful hotels and ambiance. I love the decoration and the customer service completely. The help desk people are respectful and kind, and the housekeeping is the same.

Best hotel I’ve stayed in. Above and beyond customer service from Rich at the desk, then Gerry and Chris at the bar. Awesome rooms. I would highly recommend to anyone in the Schaumburg area.

Nice hotel, good location, no complaints. Please DO NOT order from the nearby Papa Johns if you want a late night snack thought, just trust me, you'll regret it and wont ever get your pizza. Hotel was excellent though and located nearby some nice restaurants and Medieval Times is a 5 min. drive!
