The self-storage facility is overall great! Convenient, clean, and secure. However, it lacks a front office, which can be a slight inconvenience. 4.5/5 ⭐ It is also somewhat secluded…I never went alone.

Great place!

Been utilizing Advantage for our various storage needs for more than 8 years now. We've utilized units of all sizes through the years and they are well maintained, as well as the areas surrounding the units (no water and drainage issues). There was a period (early on) where 'breakins' seemed to be more than random, having had our locks cut on 3 different occasions. Police reports was filed on each, but fortunately we didn't have much the thieves was interested in. They now have an abundance of security cameras installed and the lighting is greatly improved as well. Having 24/7 access is also a benefit not offered by any others in the area at these affordable prices. We will continue to do business with Advantage and refer others frequently. However, for those of us with long term storage they should really spray for spiders and bees. My 'long term' unit is completely overrun...

Good customer service

Rented a unit for the summer and when we went to get my daughter's belongings last week it was INFESTED with mice. Droppings and urine on everything, items chewed up. Had to replace so many things and clean everything else thoroughly with bleach wipes. Wouldn't recommend.
