Comfort Inn Chicago Schaumburg - O'Hare Airport

Got a delayed flight that ended up being canceled. The hotel was helping to reduce my flight frustration. Comfortable room and very friendly staff. I will stay here next time I come to relax in Chicago.

Overall good experience! Barry front desk staff very helpful presentable! He has all answers for all your questions! We stayed two nights it was very quiet, rooms was very comfortable! We liked lobby so clean and neat! Wil be back when will be in town !

Me and my friends checked into 3 different rooms (326,322,320). The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, the lobby was super clean and provided ice cold lemon water. When it comes to the rooms, all 3 were spotless. For the price and location, you simply can’t beat it. Beds are super comfortable and cozy. Bathrooms are very well cleaned. Fridges cool very well, which is very nice due to it being so hot out during our stay so we can come back to ice cold drinks. Definitely recommend this location to anyone coming to Schaumburg. My friends and I love it.

Very clean! Modern rooms, Super nice Staff!! Perfect hotel to stay in for the Holidays! Very close to Excellent restaurants and the Mall plus discount stores. Awesome free breakfast and wi-fi. Has everything even for children! Highly recommended! The indoor pool is clean, nice workout center and even has washers and driers! Prakash at the front desk is very kind and helpful!!!

This was a part of a layover from hell, but staying here was great for the few hours we were there, the room was really nice and clean and staff and shuttle driver was good!

Stayed at this hotel while being put up by American Airlines after several rescheduled flights.
Rooms were clean, service was great, coffee was provided. We arrived at 1am and needed transportation at 3:50am for our new flight at 5:30am the driver was there on time. Not close to the airport but that's where American Airlines must have a contract.

Best place to stay. So clean rooms & breakfast is awesome, free packing and a good staff so supportive.

Great and professional service.

I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn in Schaumburg, IL, and I had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in a convenient location, just a short drive from O'Hare Airport and many of the area's attractions.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax and unwind. The beds are especially comfortable, and I slept soundly every night. The bathroom was also clean and well-maintained.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. They were always willing to go the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. I especially appreciated the front desk staff who helped me with my luggage and gave me recommendations for local restaurants.

The hotel also has a number of amenities that make it a great place to stay. There is a fitness center, an indoor pool, and a free breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet was especially good, with a variety of items to choose from, including fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, and waffles.

Amazing hotel with great customer service. The manager of this hotel took really good care of me when I checked out. My flight was supposed to be at 9 pm that day. However, he offered me to stay longer inside my room without any additional costs. Thanks again!

I was a little hesitant about this hotel given the recent negative reviews Ive read. However, my overall experience was pretty pleasant. It seems that the hotel management is making efforts to improve upon the aspects that previous guests have complained about.

The rooms are a really good value given the location and comfort of the lobby and cleanliness of the rooms. I had a room with 2 double beds and it was definitely small but clean with everything I needed (plenty of clean towels, hair dryer, iron and board, and a good TV). A lot of budget hotels have dim lightings and dirty looking carpets, but I did not feel that way about my room.

The breakfast is basic but has all the essentials. Waffles, coffee, juice, cereal, etc. I didn't interact much with staff other than checking in and checking out but it was courteous each time, and when I checked out the front desk staff seemed to care about how my stay was.

The location is pretty great, right across from a target and supermarket, and very easy to drive to the city (~30 minutes).

It seems like the staff is making efforts to improve upon the hotel which is a comforting feeling as a guest. Both the lobby and the rooms were clean, and so I felt satisfied with my stay and would consider this a very solid value.

The rooms are so clean! That's always my main concern with hotels, and given the affordable pricing of this one in particular I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness. Everything functioned as it should and you are provided with plenty of everything that you need (e.g. towels, a hair dryer, soap, shampoo).

Location is ideal. It's right across from Target and some small nature parks. It's also about 30 minutes from the city which is convenient. Plenty of parking, even with all their rooms being booked the night I checked in.

Staff is lovely and so friendly! I didn't interact with them too much but the few times I did they were very courteous and smiley.

I would definitely recommend coming here!

My kids and I really enjoyed our stay. We ended up staying an extra night. The staff was friendly and accommodating, rooms were clean and cozy and the food was wonderful. Highly recommend!

Year to date stays at choice hotels is 98. The is my first review as I truly feel it is warranted. The front desk staff member on duty while checking in was top notch. Dherty greeted us with a welcoming smile and was more than happy to carry on a great conversation and helped with great dinner recommendations. Day two we were greeted by name and that dame great smile and personality. The room was spotless and we have had a great stay. Welcoming customer service has become hard to find but we are glad it was found here and feel she deserves recognition. Would stay again when in the area for business!

Shoutout to Desi, who was working the front desk this morning as well as the shuttle driver to the airport. Unfortunately, I don’t know his name but he wore sunglasses. Desi went out of her way to call my room to see if I was on the way downstairs. After I got left behind, she even called the shuttle driver to see if he would turn around, and he did. Both were kind people to me and I’m sure others as well. After 2 days of attempting to fly home and dealing with airlines, I’m thankful for them (especially Desi)!!

The King bed was SO COMFORTABLE, best bed I’ve ever slept in which resulted to the best sleep. The staff are friendly and nice, the lobby smells great, and breakfast was good! Highly recommend for an affordable yet comfortable stay!
