Dr. LungZzz Smoke Shop- Aurora

This was my first visit to lungzz. I was greeted when I walked in. Jose, behind the counter. It came out right away and asked probing questions to find out what I'm looking for. He gave me his best advice and I went with a vaporizer and raw cones. Jose was very helpful and very knowledgeable. My first visit and I'm impressed. I will be back and tell my friends. Thank you once again for a great experience!

I visited the Aurora location on Eola today and received absolutely amazing customer service from Brett. This location didn't have what I initially came for, so she took the extra time to contact another location to find it for me. She was friendly, helpful, courteous, and went above and beyond! We did purchase candles from this location. I'll definitely shop here again!

I came into this shop expecting the normal "I'm just looking around" vibe considering it was my birthday on the 7th. Brandy was right there to greet me with a contagious smile on her face and i had no problem having her guide me to the new and awesome selection of everything you have! She was super nice and just her alone will definitely have me coming back again and again!!

I came in and had no clue what I was looking for. Brandy soon found me the best piece I could buy! She was knowledgeable and understanding and most of all had a beautiful smile to go along with her funny personality! I recommend Brandy for any of your smoking needs!

Stopped in this place (because the name was cool lol) with my husband and he was like a kid in a candy store! He loved the variety of pieces and the blonde chick with the tattoos was pretty on point with the answers to his questions about a few pieces and now he wants to go back for a couple 🤦‍♀ but I personally went nuts over the variety of wraps. Literally mind blowing! We'll definitely be back soon!

Great customer service. Called ahead to see if they had a product and the sales associate was helpful in letting me know the price and if it was in stock. They offer rewards and great discounts, definitely a smoke shop you can trust with the best products.

There is absolutely a reason why this shop has some of the best reviews, Norma and her staff are very welcoming. It is clear that they take pride in small business. Upon entering, I was genuinely welcomed with sincerity. I would rather get my vape products here, I feel like I was treated as a friend, and not or just "another sale".

So I’ve been shopping at Dr Lungzz since it opened and I love both shops and can always count on finding my kratom that I need for my fibromyalgia and myofasial pain syndrome along with a few other issues I have. I love love love white kratom and always willing to try different strains and brands. This month I tried the Mood Rite white 40 capsules and it has helped relieve some of the pain in my hips and legs and relaxed my anxiety! Thank you Dr Lungzz for lookin out for me and and going the extra mile to get this! Amazing customer service and knowledgeable workers and owner! The staff did a killer job with the wall art, I felt like I was in a vape 🏰. If you drive by or live in the area, check this place out. Oh yeah... Blunt selection is exquisite 😃
