The rooms were nicely appointed with kitchenette supplies. The staff was awesome and the gym and pool were very nice as well. The free breakfast was a bargain and when you consider traveling with 2 adults and a child or two, the breakfast alone saves you $40 per day even for a simple breakfast out.

Okay so this may be a lengthy post but it’s also an appreciation post. I have been coming to this hotel for years, I come here at least twice a year for work. Each time I never have a problem. The rooms are clean, the staff is amazing and it’s a good place to stay especially for an extended period of time. Well today was the only day I was upset and it wasn’t at the staff. So I ordered Food about 70 dollars worth to last me for the next couple days I had to stay here. Someone (a guest) stole my food. Now I went down stairs after confirming its delivery and asked management to see if someone stole it or staff accidentally threw it away thinking it was trash. Well it was confirmed a guest, which guest? Well for legal reasons they couldn’t disclose unless I filed charges. I didn’t file charges because I wasn’t going to waste the police’s time for 70 dollars worth of food but I was really upset. This was gonna last me two days of lunch and dinner, and I was so hungry the day I ordered it and limited on funds so you could imagine. I went to the hotel store to grab a cup of noodles and some tuna fish salad kit and the assistant manager and another young lady in the front paid for my quick bite. Not only did they insist on it they even wanted to offer me some pizza. Now, I’m not one for crying but I was in tears. Compassion was shown towards me and it just confirmed the reason why I continue to come to this place. Thank you staff for what you did I will forever remember this! You guys showed me that humanity still exists in a dark world. Thank you again!

It was a quick stay but everything was great. The room was clean tons of parking.. even space to stretch out and the small kitchenette area was a plus Will stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! We stayed in a two bedroom suite, there was more than enough room and seating to entertain and relax. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast is out and ready on time. There were several options. We used the outside patio area, which is beautiful.

Love this hotel. It's well run in a good location and the staff is amazing. The gym is 24 hours and fully equipped. Indoor swimming pool, well maintained and comfortable temperature. Rooms very well cleaned and the staff is always ready if you need anything. Did I mention the staff is amazing?

During check-in at this hotel, we were assigned a noticeably dirty room, likely unintentionally. Upon promptly reporting it at the front desk, we were provided with a new room. This hotel is linked to Fairfield Inn. Ensure an early start to enjoy the complimentary breakfast, as it tends to get quite busy. It is located nearby the wood field mall with lots of stores and restaurants nearby.

The best hotel stay ever! The one bedroom suite was amazing with everything you will need for your stay. Fully functional kitchen , spacious living area and the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the shower are greatly appreciated! Hotel staff super friendly and helpful. We are already planning our next stay.

The room was nice well kept up and clean. The staff were kind and considerate. Would definitely stay here again.

For me it was nice. I like the microwave, coffee pot and fridge. Rooms aren't nice size. Staff went above and beyond for me after flight issues. I like that the TV is like other hotels or you can choose to stream. You just have to add your account info. They have a nice breakfast spread.

My family had to stay in a hotel for two weeks due to a leak in our home. Our stay was comfortable, the room was great, the staff was friendly. It's almost as if we never left home. The kitchen in the room was fully stocked, we had ample towels for an extended stay and you even had the option to borrow games from the front desk. I'd come back anytime.

This the best & classiest hotel I have stayed in a long time. The rooms was so clean & modern. We had 2 rooms & both kitchens was clean and equipped with dark wood cabinets & stainless steel trim & granite countertops. The staff was very friendly & accommodating with a smile. I was very impressed the manager was walking around the facility & greeted me & my son with a smile & thank you. We needed extra pillows and comforters, the housekeeping staff rush it to us. At checkout the front desk lady knew my name before I gave her my information to check-out. Very Impressive. The complimentary breakfast was ok. A nice variety. The pool was clean and maintained not too much chlorine in the water. Very nice & clean and well equipped fitness center. The outdoor bar and patio was also nice & a nice place to chill for adults. Overall a great stay!!

Our room has a full kitchen with everything we need. The hotel is clean, staff is helpful and friendly. Free parking, free wifi and breakfast. Highly recommend.

Very nice. Courteous, friendly desk clerks and maid services. Rooms were very nice and spacious. Landscape and hallways were clean, nicely lit and peaceful. Parking was ample and there was also parking designated for recharging electric vehicles. From the variety of juices to the waffles, the complimentary breakfast was delicious, hot, and plentiful. Inside swimming pool and exercise areas were well maintained and comfortable. The stay was so rewarding and relaxing. A must revisit is on my list. I highly recommend TownePlace Suites for a soothing getaway. Enjoy your stay!

Nice, spacious two bedroom suite,at the end of the hallway, with a decent kitchen and table for four. The adults really appreciated having an actual bedroom with a door, for separation and privacy, which made it feel like a real vacation. The room and common areas of the hotel were clean and staff was friendly and helpful.

Lovely, new hotel with spacious rooms and comfy beds. Bathroom is new and clean with nice toiletries. Great little kitchenette with all the pots, pans and dishes you would need. Nice, big pool and weight room. Great breakfast that is included.

Pros: Very clean hotel with a modern look and feel. We stayed two night with our two boys, one has multiple food allergies, so the full kitchen in our room was an absolute. The flat screen TV in the room was Netflix ready and the WiFi was great too. The pool, extra large shower, and continental breakfast were also great. "Cons": Pool water was a little on the cold side and shower need some added hooks/organization with a family there wasn't much storage.

Exceptional service at every turn. Very bright, fresh rooms. Plenty of space, great breakfast. Parking was close (free), nice indoor pool and workout areas are shared with the Fairfield but we're not crowded. I can't say enough about the staff, everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional and efficient. Convenient location to a wide range of restaurants and shopping great for family or business needs.

We had a wonderful stay here last weekend (and not just because of the free room upgrade). The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the room was absolutely spotless! We would very happily stay here again and highly recommend it to our friends.

The stay was fantastic! The staff were super friendly and checked us in quickly. The room was clean and had everything we needed. I liked that would could log in to our Netflix account on the TV. The breakfast was like any other free hotel breakfast good and had plently of choices but its still hotel breakfast. We will definitely be staying here again.

The suite is located by a group of ponds and grass fields. The rooms are very nice and meet any and all needs. The pool and gym are excellent! The continental breakfast is GREAT after a long flight. I would highly recommend!
