Four Points by Sheraton Chicago Schaumburg

We have our Schaumburg Business Association monthly meeting at Four Points Schaumburg. The room is amazing, and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. Tee has been most helpful in having the room set up for us - chairs, water, A/V - truly concierge service! Thank you Four Points we appreciate your kindness and hospitality every month!

Thank you Marriott. Saved us again. We were stuck at another hotel we were required to by a hockey tournament when SWAT had to go through our hotel with families all outside they took 14 families in. Thank you for helping us out. I love Marriott. This hotel had spacious rooms and great personnel. The breakfast was great. This was a great hotel and I recommend it.

Cheap. Softest/most comfy hotel beds I've had in quite some time. Have had multiple great stays here now! 👍

Very clean. Great staff. Bed was better than most hotel beds. In walking distance to every store or restaurant you can imagine. Great value .

This hotel was surprisingly modern. It was extremely clean and had a great smell to the lobby. The staff was all nice. The best part of the room is they have blackout curtains that perfectly cover the window so no light creeps in.

I wish there was a refrigerator or a microwave but it’s not that big of a deal if you are just staying for one or two nights

Outstanding service and Jose the person who is at the counter Was more than a 10th of an willing to help when we returned from our 10 day trip in the Bahama islands to find our vehicle covered in snow. We had no snow removal or scrapers in the car, and he kindly gave us one to use. Unfortunately, it broke on the very 1st swipe as it was cheaply made, but that certainly wasn't their fault. It's just an awesome place to stay, with treats at the front desk at no charge. Thank you, Four Points.

When my connecting flight through O'Hare was cancelled, the airline put me up here and I loved it! After an exhausting, frustrating day, the staff was thoughtful, kind and understanding and the room was ideal. The bed was heavenly and I got a wonderful night's sleep. There is excellence at this Sheraton.

This hotel is so clean! Me and my daughter stayed at another hotel, and my daughter broke out in hives. We had to scramble to find another one. We came across this one. I was so nervous at first, but now it's the best decision I could of ever made when it comes to hotels. The beds are so comfortable, clean, and relaxing. I wish it was a refrigerator,and microwave..... but who cares when the room is so freaking clean. The customer service is amazing. My new favorite home...... away from home❤☺

Wonderful experience. Sparkling clean, excellent safety protocols in place. Staff members are top-notch. Really comfortable bed and pillows. Stopped at the bar on our way back from dinner and ended up hanging out with bartender Deena for a couple of hours. Her friendly hospitality was a welcome break in our quick, all-work-no-play trip. We'll stay there again.

The staff at this 4 points is absolutely top notch and very accommodating. The hotel bar is well stocked and also has some great local drafts on tap. The rooms are very large and the bathroom is spotless. Beds and pillows are very comfortable ensuring a great nights sleep. If you are planning to fly out of ORD. This is a great place to stay. They offer great rates for sleep, park and fly packages and also provide hotel to airport shuttle service included in the rate . There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance to satisfy most every palate and price point. I highly recommend this place.

We recently rented the west wing for a family party, our rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay, the most pleasant part of our stay was to have met Larry Burnett. He made us feel welcomed as soon as we walked in the door. Amazing Customer Service.

Airline canceled our flight and put us here. The staff (Jose) was awesome. Great room. Location had a wonderful walking path in the area.

The fact that this is a new hotel means the rooms are very nice. I like the total black-out curtains. It's one of the few places with a bar/restaurant actually open. So many nearby hotels say they have dining on site, but it's not true. Very friendly staff. This will be my default hotel when I'm in the area.

I’ve been staying here for the past year during my travels and cannot say enough about Alan. His customer service is top notch and always goes above and beyond. He’s extremely personable not to mention professional. I would highly recommend this hotel. It’s comfortable and clean, something I always look for. I especially like that it’s been newly renovated. Keep up the great work Alan!!!

Scheduled by mistake, but it was good mistake. This place is very nice. The staff was exceptional, the accommodations are clean and stylish. I would definitely make this my park and fly for future trip.

Hotel was very clean; the room was very spacious. The location was great as well, plenty of options of food and stores nearby (some are even within walking distance). The staff was very friendly, makin check-in and check-out process seamless and painless. Definitely a recommended place to stay in Chicago.

Excellent place to stay, they've two 40Amp Tesla EV charging stations in the Marriott lot which both the hotels share. Overall A+ place with Friendly staff!!

Amazing hospitality! I stayed here for a work conference from out of town. The rooms were super clean and the service was great. Super friendly staff and the onsite amenities were great. The location is ideal, the mall, other shopping centers and restaurants all close by. Not far from the airport either. I'll definitely be staying here again for work or personal.

We had a great stay here!! The price was great, the staff were SO friendly, and the room was unbelievably clean! Lobby was also nice and clean. Will definitely be back here!

Lovely, lovely staff and solid room at an affordable price. This is my new go to hotel near the airport.
