Homestead Chicago - Schaumburg

We stayed here for 3 days.

They provided us 3 towels even though we are 4 people per room.
They never stay at the front desk.
They did not clean my room and did not change towels, so I requested 4 new towels, and the front desk (a guy) said that they did not have towels. I asked why they did not provide us with new towels, and the replying was horrible. We needed to bring towels downstairs. They NEVER informed us before.
He said I needed to come downstairs 1 hour later, so I did, but he disappeared, and another lady came to me, and she said I needed to come downstairs 1 hour later. It was a horrible experience here.
I can tell why it is cheap. Next time, I should book a more expensive hotel.

My bed had a little stain.

The breakfast is coffee and oatmeal.

They have a stove and a microwave in the room. And the room is quite large enough for cooking and it is appropriate for a long trip.

For your information, bring old towels at the front desk when you get here. And do not expect cleaning service when you go out.

It was alright if you're staying one night. Our first room we got was 106, the bed got bloodstain on it. We asked the room to be changed and the staff was fast about it, no questions asked. Got the second room and it was better. No blood stains, but the room smells so weird. Would we go back ? No. But like I said, it was suffice for a one night stay.
