Wingate by Wyndham Schaumburg

I don’t usually leave comments, but I had to for this stay. I’ve been here for about two nights. On my first night, I checked in the evening and slept like a BABY. The bed was super comfy and the room was quiet. The curtain could be drawn to make the room dark, as needed. Breakfast was stellar, with lots of options. Throughout the day, the laundry was working excellent, and it’s only 4 dollars total for both wash and dry! The room has been quaint and quiet and the bathroom was absolutely spotless. Absolutely no bugs, no hairs, nothing of the sort at all. The room has a very cozy feel to it. Finally: love the carpet design! Caught myself staring at it while working from time to time - it’s super interesting.
Loved my stay. Worth it for sure, and it’s close to some really good food places - I got some deep dish pizza which was amazing!

The rooms were affordable, it was in a great part of the greater Chicago area with tons of food and fun around it. Also the rooms were cleanly and comfortable. Finally they serve an actual breakfast which is quite nice.

I feel bad about the bad reviews I've seen here. I've stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions and have never had issues. Friendly staff, a nice breakfast, clean rooms.

For what's it's worth, I have Diamond level with Wyndham and this place deserves a 5 star rating all around.

We stayed here during our business trip and the stay was quite pleasant! I was immediately greeted upon my arrival at the hotel by Pierre. He and Teresa were very helpful throughout our stay with restaurant suggestions, business office printing needs, as well as room and conference space accommodations! The beds were comfortable and the rooms were nice. Pierre, Teresa and the breakfast crew are gems! Breakfast was good with a variety of fresh options. I would definitely recommend this hotel. ⭐🙏🏽

The location is not far from the airport. It's like 17 min from Chicago O'Hare international airport. Rooms are clean and welcoming.

My wife & I had a the pleasure of staying here, and the stay exceeded our expectations. This will be our go-to hotel whenever we are in the Chicago area.

Loved this place ❤ Beds were very comfortable, room was amazing and customer service was excellent.

The Customer Service at check in was not the best and does need improvements but the hotel overall was clean, had beautiful decor, nice breakfast, and nice rooms. We enjoyed our stay even though the pillow in my room had hair on it that was there before me and it was stuck to the pillow 😳. Maybe their cleaning crew needs to up their service? Overall nice stay minus the hair...

I travel over 100 days a year for my job and stay exclusively in Wyndham properties, so I review each one. The parking lot was clean and well lit on arrival. Check in went smoothly; however, my request for a ground floor room or one near an elevator was ignored. My room, a third floor king, was very clean, with a comfortable bed/ pillows and newer fixtures. Room access is via an interior door. The hallways and room smelled great. WiFi speed was 11.9 megs down, 7.22 up via Ookla. All of the normal amenities were in place, such as the microwave, small refrigerator and single serve coffee maker. The hotel has multiple luggage carts. My digital AC/heater worked well. The television had only a basic selection of channels but a good picture. The breakfast area and lobby were very clean. No snack and drink machines on any floor, only a WynMart on the first floor. There is a nice guest laundry, $2 to wash, $2 to dry, laundry detergent is available for $1.25. There is also a fitness center and business center available. I would certainly stay here if in the area in the future.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. If you get the chance, get the jacuzzi room. Breakfast was good. Desk folks were pleasant and made check in and check out easy

Nice location for visiting Schaumburg or Hoffman Estates. Located just north of Golf and Higgins. Breakfast was good with a nice variety to choose from. Front desk personnel were friendly.

Only a few minutes away from the Renaissance Schaumburg convention center. Nice rooms and the price was better than others in the area.

Overall a really great experience! Loved the temp of the room, it was clean, VERY comfy bed, great shower, and the staff was super nice. Our son accidentally soaked the whole bathroom and all the towels, they gave us replacements promptly, no fuss. Breakfast was fine, they had this really cool pancake machine making minis they my kids loved! My only complaint is a common one for celiacs like me, need more gluten-free options! Will stay here again for sure.

Had a great stay. Beds were super comfortable. Checked in was smooth. I came in late due to flight cancellation so I asked for an upgrade and they gave me a king suite with jacuzzi for a small fee. Breakfast was great with hot sandwich, eggs and waffles, it was busy in the morning with everyone coming all at once but did not have to wait. Rooms were clean and tidy. Staff was attentive. Would definitely stay here again. Close to everything. No nuisance place.

Friendly and informative front desk personnel. My room was everything I expected, everything worked as expected. Very clean and quiet and safe. I loved my room location and the location of the hotel, close to many conveniences. Breakfast was a plus + The hotel met my needs. I am happy with my stay.

The place is visibly very clean and also smells clean. They have a basic breakfast menu + laundromat. It is well located for business travelers and has some great options of bars / eateries around within walking distance.

Had a wonderfull stay. We stayed on the weekend and they were really busy. Clean rooms, comfy beds, we slept like a baby. Breakfast area got really busy by the time we were done, they had hot breakfast sandwhichs and waffles along with the usual stuff, I suggest going early to grab a seat. Amazon fresh was close by so we got our goodies from there for the evening and had lunch at closeby pub. It was a good and secured location for us.

I just had an amazing experience there. I stayed there last night with my girlfriend and felt it was a tremendous experience. The hotel front desk I spoke to named Adrienne was so polite and explained the perks of staying at the Wyndham perfectly. She took her time explaining the prices and each room, like I was really important and my stay mattered to her personally. The manager Patrick was also extremely helpful and allowed us to stay a bit later than the standard checkout time because we had gotten in extremely late that previous evening (past 3 a.m.). I spoke to him after our stay and he treated me like I was a personal honored guest in his home. The room was heavenly, and we had a very comfortable whirlpool and the most comfortable mattress created. The room decor felt like you where walking into a Pottery Barn catalog. The breakfast was very tasty! Not just bagels and cereal but an assortment that will end your night with joy and gratitude. Priced very reasonably, anyone will thank Heaven that they chose to stay at this marvelous gem of a hotel.

Had a pretty good stay here. Room was nice and spacious, tv worked fine, no issues with the amenities. Only complaint is that the AC made noises like its fan was breaking but that's just a room specific issue. Checked mattress and no sign of bed bugs so no worries there. Wifi worked as expected. Overall good experience.

Employees ( Mike the one who made my reservation) at the front desk were very helpful in describing the room as to what it would look like. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and quite. I found that it was very affordable for the area. Breakfast was exceptional, the overseer was outstanding and made sure that things were always in order. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again!
