Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Schaumburg, IL

Omgosh. I am literally a hotel critic and always finding flaws with our stays. This was our first time staying here. Best hotel. Weve been to in long long time. Exceptionally clean and smells great thruout the whole place. Cleanest hot tub around and perfect size clean pool. Free breakfast. Along, with free evening happy hour. A few snacks. And beer. Wine or mixed. They even accommodate our unexpected early arrival. We loved our stay. And will definitely be back. What an affordable place for family's to stay. Well worth every minute of our stay.

Very nice stay. The hostess was very nice, extremely tired and check in was a breeze. My room was clean, neat and spacious.

Overall, our trip was pleasant! The room smelt strongly of cleaning supplies (can’t complain there, at least it’s clean) but was quaint and comfortable, beds are pretty mid however. Jacuzzi tub was amazing and also smelled very clean. Front desk was a m a z i n g (specifically sandy, a true treasure!) and they addressed all of our concerns professionally. Breakfast was served in a nice, clean room and was exactly what you’d expect from a hotel breakfast. Additionally, the overall vibe in the hotel is great. Thank you for making our anniversary amazing!

The staff here is very patient and kind with us and treats us like highly-valued customers. They have a very clean indoor spa and swimming pool and offer a free top-notch hot breakfast every morning, and they never seem to run out of food. We highly recommend this place.

Probably one of the best Country Inns in the midwest. They have a free happy hour. Staff is excellent. Great value. Nice place for special occasions with the hot tub and fireplace on room.

Staff very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was on point. Room was clean, but fire extinguisher could use some cleaning in the room. Pool was enjoyable and very cleaned. Definitely worth staying there, ideally located and not too far from downtown Chicago.

This was a very pleasant experience. The room was so clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. I have only good things to say about the Country Inn & Suites. It is also a great location, close to the Allstate Arena.

Everything about my stay was 5 star. Hotel was clean, facility,smells clean, check-in was smooth, pool and hot tub were up and running. Hot tub was heaven. Happy hour, good breakfast. Debbie was so sweet and polite. I am definitely coming back. Bonus for me were the signs about quiet time and what time its enforced. Ive stayed at some hotels where guests and or children of guests had 0 consideration for other guests when it came to noise. This will be a monthly weekend getaway staycation for me.

We had a great getaway. With me being so busy I wanted to show my man that I appreciate him, this location was the BEST. We had a whirlpool suite that was amazing. The fireplace was perfectly next to the window that had a great winter breeze. Jacuzzi was amazing and deep enough for the both of us. The staff were wonderful so polite, friendly and greeted us each time we came through the door. I would definitely come back. Only thing was upon checking out I found a shoe and other items under the bed from previous people.

Spent an entire week here and enjoyed my stay. My room.was cleaned everyday. They had a good breakfast every morning. Very quite and clean place to stay.

We had a great stay. The rooms were clean and smelled great. The pool and hot tub were the perfect temperature and clean. Happy hour was incredible and featured plenty of chips and wings. The front desk staff was courteous and very helpful. We will definitely be staying here again.

If I could give this hotel more than 5 stars, I definitely would!!! Upon arrival, you are greeted by the most genuine and kind front desk personnel.
The rooms were spotless, beds comfortable, and the HUGE bonus that I truly feel every hotel should have, they had a clothesline in the bathroom for wet bathing suits. How AWESOME is that!??? The pool and hot tub were clean and there was no strong chemical smell. You could stay in there for hours and not be bothered. The front porches were so cute and comfortable as we were able to sit outside to enjoy some fresh air. The breakfast had a really great selection- waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes, rice, oatmeal, cereals, toasts, bagels and more. Everything was fresh and always filled.
We had a very large group staying and the staff was just over the top accommodating on every need. Gina, she was AMAZING! Our group went to Medieval Times (highly recommend this as well!) and I left my souvenir cup at the photocounter. Gina was so kind and encouraged me to return there to get it. She even offered to give me a ride. How AWESOME is she!!! Seriously she outshines every hospitality person I have ever encountered in all my travels. Gina is the GM and her love, compassion, grace and hospitality really shines through her, the staff and this hotel.
We will be returning any time we are in the area! We won't stay anywhere else but here.

Great, clean stay. Nothing too fancy, but a decent bed and a respectable continental breakfast. I only ate the waffles at the continental breakfast, but it was good. Very friendly staff. A little out of the way from downtown Chicago, but I paid for safety not for distance :). Would be back again.

Night staff working day shift was very nice. She had told us the wrong times fir Sunday breakfast, so was gracious enough to call our room. Said good morning to us and pleasant the next day too!

Great friendly service. Wonderful pool and hot tube for the kids. And very good breakfast with an additional snack hour for adults and kids from 5:30-7.

One of the best hotels ever!! Everything was very clean. We enjoyed the hot tub. The curtains made the room very dark and the room was also very quiet.

Came here for my anniversary in the beginning of January and had a wonderful experience. The staff was exceptional, polite and made you feel welcome. The General Manager Gina helped me with room upgrade and preparing for our arrival. We even chatted with Gina on what events were going on around town and she was extremely friendly. Could not believe the lengths they went too in showing they value us as customers. They even put roses peddles on the bed for our arrival which, was a unexpected surprise. I have never stayed at a hotel that was so pleasant all around. The room was spacious, comfortable and most important clean. When I travel back to Schaumburg I am going to stay at this hotel regardless of what pricing is at other places. Could not have asked for a better environment for our anniversary. Recommend staying here to anyone that wants a nice, quiet and friendly atmosphere. Thank you, so much for your hard work.

Really really great place, highly recommend. We booked their king bed with jacuzzi tub and it was delightful! Everything was really comfortable and even though we couldn't lite our candles, it was still so relaxing. We wished we booked more nights! Everyone was so helpful and we really felt comfortable throughout the whole hotel
