Just had my wife's ring repaired and another ring appraised. Living in South Barrington I have passed their shop hundreds of times. The employees are very helpful and honest. I had a great experience with two associates. I've use them earlier for selling some silver coins and testing some gold jewerly to see the value. I received a fair price. No Pressure from the sales force and gave me honest answers to questions that I already knew the answers too. I would recommend them in a second.

I was a kid when Rahl Jewelers was located in the Tradewinds shopping center in Hanover Park. Now, I live almost an hour north of its Barrington location, but when I needed a necklace repaired and needed more information about a chain, this was where I came. The young lady who helped me today shortened and repaired my necklace for no charge and identified my chain for me so that I can buy a longer one for a special pendant. This is a quality jeweler with old fashioned customer service. I will continue to come back.

I stopped by Rahl Jewelers looking for an engagement ring. Ryan was extremely helpful and helped me pick out the perfect ring, it was exactly what she was looking for! My husband and I came across Rahl Jewelers when we still lived in Illinois. We really liked the fact that they are a family owned establishment. Shopping at Rahl was a wonderful experience and Stacey Hake was very helpful throughout the entire process! She worked with us to ensure that the rings we selected and purchased were delivered securely to us in Arizona after we had moved out of state. She was knowledgeable and fun to work with. We were also able to bring my ring in for a complimentary cleaning upon visiting before the big day. Our wedding rings turned out to be gorgeous and very unique! I recently stopped in Rahl Jewelers to view wedding bands that would complement my engagement ring. Rachel was beyond helpful and asked thoughtful questions to help me understand the different ring styles and find the best one for me. She recommended a number of good choices. Ashley was a great second opinion when I was torn between two. My engagement ring looks brand new after getting it cleaned/rhodium rebuffed and my wedding ring was ready for pick-up 4 days later. Highly recommend Rahl Jewelers for some beautiful jewelry and great service!

Always, always such friendly and helpful people. And the store itself is spacious and beautiful. I couldn't get a gold bracelet off my arm. They helped and refused to give up or just cut the band, which I told them they could. They were able to remove it! Their jeweler offered an estimate for the repair in the timeframe they promised. They didn't charge for getting it off of me and two of them easily spent 15-20 minutes trying. I would have happily paid, and told them so. Rahul has been around for a very long time and it's the only jeweler in the area I would consider.

He showed me all the different variations and really took his time to explain to me the essence of a diamond. I come out with a beautiful ring that my fiance absolutely loves. My family has been going to Rahl Jewelers for as long as I can remember. I have gotten a necklace and earrings for my fiancee and both turned out better than expected. Since I live in Florida now, the customer service over the phone and being able to find the perfect item and trust their thoughts on the different pieces has been exceptional. I just recently reached out to them for the engagement ring and it could not have turned out more perfect. The ring was custom-made, and I must have drove Ryan crazy with all the diamonds that I was not satisfied with before finding the right one. I was very picky, but the customer service is absolutely a 10 out of 10 and the quality of the jewelry matches the service. When the ring came I could not believe how incredibly beautiful it had turned out. Absolutely perfect, and I can not imagine having gone through any other jewelers. They really know their stuff and can help with anything if you give them an idea of what you're looking for. Absolutely the best and I recommend to all, even if the jewelry needs to be shipped!

My family and I have been using Rahl since I was still in grade school (10+ years). They have done everything from resizing to making settings to just simply swapping out a watch battery. I went in there today to have a watch band resized, and walked out with the watch fitting and the perfect Christmas gift for my girlfriend. They are always attentive, knowledgeable, and respectful of your time and even budget. The staff is always looking out whats best for the guests of the store, no wonder they have been around for so long! Always have my business!

My mother has had great experience with Rahl Jewelers. I went in today to reluctantly get my earrings reset (a setting I adore, but did not hang properly on my ears). Instead of going forward with a rest, Tony and Bonnie found a solution for me- a different backing- so I could preserve the setting. Tony also did a courtesy cleaning of the earrings and straightening of the posts, and I am thrilled with how they look. Thank you to this customer-oriented business for a gesture of kindness that made my day!

So happy with my total experience with Rahl Jewelers. They were so helpful when wanting to upgrade my engagement ring to then also helping me upgrade my late mothers wedding ring into my dream wedding band. They always took care of me and I couldn't be happier with the end result!

Tony is the greatest! 20 years ago, Tony designed a wedding band to match the shape of my fiance's engagement ring. We went back to ask him to design a 20 year anniversary band to match it. He nailed it again! His attention to detail is amazing. He drew 4 or 5 designs which he was unhappy with. Then, took molding clay and came up with the most perfect design. My wife fell in love with it and we went directly into the quote. Every part of the process to produce the ring, and it's cost, was described in detail. No hidden costs at all. Thank you Tony!
