Prime Storage

I was looking to rent 1 unit between moves/selling my house and decided to inquire online. David called me first thing the next days with all of the information I needed. Really thorough on what's expected from both prime and the tenant. I went in and met with both David and Sarah, incredibly kind and thoughtful. A few days later I realized I needed another unit and they were both very accommodating. Genuinely great at customer service and creating open conversation about safety, any additional information needed. Also, climate controlled, clean and a great price!

Such an easy process of scheduling a storage unit, accessing it, and then closing it out once I was finished with it. I used the unit for 3 weeks and it was a breeze and a life saver.

The front desk staff were fantastic and I would absolutely work with them again in the future if I ever come back. Awesome people, great company.

Never been to this facility before but came in and was greeted by Sarah who worked at the front desk and she was amazing. Took care of me from the beginning and treated me with the utmost respect. Clean facility and felt pleased by not only her service but by the process as well. Definitely recommend this location for your storage needs!

Top tier experience! David went above and beyond to assist me when visiting today. He was very patient, and pleasant to speak with! He answered all of my questions and got me in and out very quickly. I couldn’t be happier :)

Hey Sarah B, thank yo sooo much for your customer service today and when , I stumbled by accident or this awesome hideaway storage facility for my RV or some would say travel trailer. You went above in my opinion to make clear all the available and options available, in this I’d way spot. And most in Important to updated.

The staff showed me around the facility and I know exactly what I want! It's a great facility and it's all indoors!

The facility is safe, well lit, the entrance and exit doors are key padded, the staff is very friendly and professional, very comfortable and clean place. The lock and keys are unique and easy to use and you keep them when you vacate the unit.

I had an excellent experience from signing up, storing to closing out my account. The selection of units is huge, the facility is well lit and clean. The front desk personnel are readily available to resolve any issues quickly.

The manager here (Leta) is fantastic. We had no issues getting the unit size that we needed. You need a code to get in and out which we like a lot. Indoor unloading is great, too! The price of the lock (almost $19) was a bit much but if you have your own you can use it as long as it fits and you bring it to the paper signing.
